CLAP वाहन का लोकार्पण

 

उत्तराखंड मे शिक्षा के क्षेत्र मे नई ऊर्जा के साथ CLAP वाहन का लोकार्पण एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम

उत्तराखंड राज्य में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण और नवाचारी पहल के रूप में 'DIGITAL Vehicle as CONTINUED LEARNING ACCESS PROJECT (CALP)' वाहन का लोकार्पण सम्पन्न हो गया है।

 माननीय राज्यपाल श्री गुरमीत सिंह और शिक्षामंत्री डॉ धन सिंह ने इस स्वर्णिम क्षण में भाग लिया, जिसमें वे नए शिक्षा संवाहक को शुभकामनाएं देने के साथ ही अन्य डिजिटल वाहनों के वादे भी
किए।

इस अद्भुत प्रयास के द्वारा, शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नई तकनीकों का सहयोग उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। यह 'CALP' वाहन, जिसमें विभिन्न तकनीकी शिक्षण सामग्री जैसे 120 क्रोमबुक लैपटॉप, NCERT द्वारा निर्मित संसाधन, दीक्षा पोर्टल, पीएमई विद्या और Swyam प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की ई-सामग्री शामिल है। इसके साथ ही, सीआईईटी के संयुक्त निदेशक आमरेन्द्र बेहरा, MD HP श्री राहुल बजाज , और SRAD के अधिकारी श्री एस भटनागर ने 'CALP' वाहन के तैयारी में भाग लिया है।

यह पहल उत्तराखंड के शिक्षा प्रतिष्ठान के लिए नई ऊर्जा की स्त्रोत है, और इसे नैतिकता, विज्ञान, और प्रौद्योगिकी के जीवंत संयोजन का उदाहरण माना जा सकता है। NEP 2020 के प्रति इस पहल का अनुसरण करते हुए, उत्तराखंड राज्य के शिक्षा स्थापनाएं अपने छात्रों के लिए एक सामर्थ्यावधान स्थापित कर रही हैं।

इस CLAP वाहन की शुरुवात Society for All Round Development (SARD) and HP के द्वारा जो एक अद्वितीय कदम के साथ, उत्तराखंड राज्य ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नए सुधारों की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति के लिए मार्गदर्शक और आगामी पीढ़ियों के लिए बेहद सार्थक होगा । यह पहल शिक्षा और प्रौद्योगिकी के संयोजन के माध्यम से शिक्षार्थियों के अद्यतन और सहयोग के एक उत्कृष्ट माध्यम का परिचय कराती है।

इस समारोह के दौरान शिक्षा मंत्री ने विभिन्न डिजिटल वाहनों को उत्तराखंड मे लेकर आने का वादा किया है, जो शिक्षा क्षेत्र में नए दिशानिर्देश की ओर एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हो सकते हैं। साथ ही, इस समारोह में शिक्षा सचिव रविनाथ रमन , महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी  स्कूल शिक्षा, शिक्षा निदेशक ART बन्दना गरबयाल, माध्यमिक शिक्षा सीमा जौनसारी और अपर निदेशक SCERT एस बी जोशी भी मौजूद रहे, जो इस कार्यक्रम के बंधन और निर्देशन में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रहे हैं।

SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences)

सॉफ्टवेयर एक विशेष डेटा विश्लेषण और आंकड़ा विज्ञान उपकरण है जिसका उपयोग अनुसंधान, शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक, सरकारी और अन्य संगठनों में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में डेटा के विश्लेषण और प्रबंधन के लिए किया जाता है। यह सॉफ्टवेयर IBM कंपनी द्वारा विकसित किया गया था।

SPSS सॉफ्टवेयर के विशेषताएं: 

1.    डेटा प्रविष्टि: SPSS उपयोगकर्ता डेटा को सीधे सॉफ्टवेयर में प्रविष्ट कर सकते हैं या विभिन्न फाइल फॉर्मेट्स से डेटा आयात कर सकते हैं।

2.    डेटा प्रबंधन: SPSS उपयोगकर्ता डेटा को संरचित और प्रबंधित कर सकते हैं, जिसमें विभिन्न फ़ील्ड टाइप्स, मिसिंग डेटा, और अन्य संबंधित डेटा विशेषताएं शामिल होती हैं।

3.    डेटा विश्लेषण: SPSS विशेष्टाएं, जैसे गणना, सांख्यिकीय विश्लेषण, और विवरणी, उपयोगकर्ताओं को डेटा को समझने और प्रस्तुत करने में मदद करती हैं।

4.    ग्राफिक्स: SPSS उपयोगकर्ता विभिन्न चार्ट और ग्राफिक्स बना सकते हैं, जिससे डेटा को दृश्यीकरण किया जा सकता है।
