promote transparency, the Uttarakhand State Council of Educational Research and
Training (SCERT) and the State Institute of Educational Management and Training
(SIEMAT) have embarked on a transformative journey towards the adoption of
e-office solutions. Spearheaded by the Director of Academic Research and
Training, a pivotal meeting was held, chaired by key officials from both
organizations, including the Additional Director of SCERT.
The orientation program on e-office, conducted by ITDA
officials Divyam Sharma and Subodh Thapliyal, garnered significant attention
and participation. Attended by officers, faculty members, and administrative
staff, the session underscored the importance of embracing digital workflows

Director, ART, Bandana Garbyal emphasized the urgency of
integrating e-office solutions within academic institutions, advocating for a
need-based and time-bound approach to workflow management within SCERT. Mukesh
Bahuguna, the IT and MIS in-charge Admin Officer, provided insights into the
technical aspects of e-office implementation.
Additional Director Aajay Nauriyal stressed the necessity for
full cooperation and teamwork from all stakeholders to ensure the smooth
functioning of the e-office system. With approximately 100 participants from
SIEMAT and SCERT actively engaging in the training program, it is evident that
the transition to e-office solutions is met with enthusiasm and commitment.
