NEP Cell, SCERT Uttarakhand Organizes Twinning and Pairing of Schools Workshop for Collaborative Educational Practices

In a groundbreaking initiative to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among schools, the National Education Policy (NEP) Cell of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) in Uttarakhand organizing a two-day workshop on twinning and pairing of schools. The event will space on January 18 and 19, 2024, with an inaugural session that set the tone for the collaborative efforts ahead.

Garbyal
noted that Jharkhand had already taken significant strides in this direction by
publishing guidelines on twinning and pairing of schools. She called upon
education authorities, including block education officers, chief education
officers, school principals, teachers, and participants from various
backgrounds, to join hands in framing cohesive best practices aligned with the
objectives of the National Education Policy 2020.
Deputy Director Shailendra Amoli's Expectations
Shailendra
Amoli, who played a key role in organizing the workshop, expressed his
expectations for tangible outcomes. He envisioned a concrete and practical
model emerging from the discussions, providing schools with opportunities to
explore new avenues for their students in the future.
