Second-Level E-Office Training Held for SCERT Uttarakhand Officials and Faculty


8 August 2024: Dehradun, Uttarakhand — The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Uttarakhand hosted a second-level E-Office training session today for its officials and faculty members. As per initiative by Director Academic Research and Training Ms Bandana Garbyal the session, aimed at enhancing e-filing and time-based office management skills. The session took place from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in SCERT Seminar Hall.

The training was chaired by Ms. Kanchan Devradi, Joint Director of SCERT, and was coordinated by the IT Department. Mr. S.P. Verma and Mr. R. Badoni played key roles in organizing the event, focusing on implementing the E-Office system. Additional Director SCERT, Mr Ajay Nauriyal,  approved the training Session for upcoming e file management in the institute.

The session was conducted by a team from the Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA), with Mr. Vivek Tomar and Mr. Subodh Thapliyal leading the training. Their expertise gave SCERT officials practical insights into the E-Office platform's functionalities.

During the session, login IDs were created for all participants, facilitating seamless access to the E-Office system. The local E-Office control nodal responsibility for SCERT Uttarakhand was assigned to Mr. Sachin Nautiyal, and the Administrative Assistant Mr. Sachin Nautiyal will oversee the integration and management of the E-Office operations within SCERT.


The training session was well-attended by SCERT faculty members and officials who engaged actively, gaining valuable skills in e-filing and efficient office management. This initiative marks a significant step towards digitizing administrative processes at SCERT Uttarakhand, ensuring greater efficiency and accountability in daily operations.

The success of this training underscores SCERT's commitment to adopting modern technological solutions to enhance educational administration across Uttarakhand.
