The SCERT Uttarakhand Hackathon 2024-25 is set to redefine education by encouraging students from grades 6 to 12 to explore the vast potential of AI, coding, and robotics. Aligned with the goals of NEP-2020, this event not only nurtures critical thinking and problem-solving but also inspires creativity among young minds to address real-world challenges.

Today’s Webinar: Empowering Learning through Resources

Ramesh Badoni coordinated the webinar with experts. The hackathon journey continues with today’s interactive webinar on Learning Resources, aimed at preparing participants for the challenges ahead. The session included insightful tutorials and live demonstrations to empower participants with essential technical skills.

Highlights from the Webinar:

1. Tutorials and Workshops:

   • AI and Coding Basics: Introducing foundational concepts to help students of all levels.
   • Robotics Challenges: Exploring problem-solving using robotics and STEM principles.
   • Tools & Software Demonstrations: Hands-on insights into platforms enabling AI and robotics development.

2. Age-Specific Resources:

   • Downloadable content was shared, categorized into three groups:
     • 6–8 (Beginner Level): Simplified guides for early learners.
     • 9–10 (Intermediate Level): Resources addressing real-world applications.
     • 11–12 (Advanced Level): Comprehensive tools for project implementation.

3. Expert-Led Sessions:
   

   Industry professionals shared their expertise, offering guidance on utilizing tools and solving AI-based challenges effectively. Experts are Mainly from different parts of India.

• Interactive Forums: Participants and mentors can interact, share ideas, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Judging Criteria: Innovations will be evaluated based on creativity, functionality, real-world impact, and alignment with NEP-2020 goals.
