Chaired by Bandana Garbyal, Director of Academic Research and Training, SCERT Uttarakhand, the meeting began with a call for the creation of exceptional content that would enhance teaching methodologies across Uttarakhand. She stressed the importance of innovation and quality in the submissions.
The meeting was attended by several notable participants, including R. P. Badoni, the Program Coordinator from SCERT Uttarakhand, and J. P. Dobhal, a National Awardee known for his educational contributions. Other prominent attendees were Pradeep Negi, Daulat Guasian, Manodhar Nainwal, Bhaskar Joshi from Uttarakhand, Sushmita Chaudhary from West Bengal, and Abhishek from Madhya Pradesh, all of whom contributed their expertise in content development and ICT. Lokesh Tiwari, a seasoned ICT coordinator, and Prakash C. Upadhyaya, an innovative content writer, were also present, alongside Navneet, an ICT Awardee teacher.
From the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Prof. Sugandha Sharma and Kaushik Ghosh joined as content writers, offering their insights on educational content. Additionally, Neeru Mittal, another ICT Awardee, participated, contributing her knowledge in technology integration within education. Together, these 21 subject matter experts (SMEs), including Dr. Kiran Lata Dangal, Anand Kumar, and Alpa Nigam, collaborated to share their experiences and contribute to the creation of innovative, engaging content for the Hackathon.
Key Focus Areas:
The meeting centered around essential points such as the need for clear guidelines for content creation, ensuring that all submissions adhere to SCERT’s educational objectives. Special attention was given to the accessibility of content, advocating for submissions in open document formats to ensure ease of review.
The participants emphasized the importance of developing lesson plans that integrate ICT tools, coding, robotics, and STEM learning, aiming to foster digital literacy and creativity among students and teachers. The goal is to collaboratively produce at least 100 content submissions for the Hackathon, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

- Develop a minimum of 100 high-quality content submissions.
