The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Uttarakhand, is hosting its third round of the E-Content Development Workshop, aimed at empowering teachers with ICT-enabled content writing skills for the DIKSHA Portal. The workshop, attended by 35 educators from across the state, focuses on creating high-quality digital learning resources in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
