The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Uttarakhand, has officially released the notification for the state-level counselling of provisionally selected candidates for the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) training program (2025–27 batch).
This counselling is a crucial step for candidates who cleared the entrance examination held on November 22, 2025.
Counseling Schedule
Counselling will be conducted at the SCERT Auditorium, Nanoorkhera, Dehradun, on the following dates:

Candidates unable to attend on these dates due to unavoidable circumstances will be given a final chance on 20 January 2026.
Documents Required
Candidates must bring originals and self-attested copies of the following documents:
Academic Certificates: High School, Intermediate, and Graduation mark sheets & certificates.
Category Certificates: Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificates issued by competent authority.
Special Category Certificates: For PH, Ex-Servicemen, Orphans, Uttarakhand Andolankari, or Skilled Players.
Residence/Employment Certificates: Permanent or domicile certificate, and employer-issued service certificate (if applicable).
Other Essentials: Admit card, Aadhaar/valid photo ID, and two passport-size photographs.
Eligibility Highlights
Age must be 19–30 years as of 01 July 2026 (born between 01 July 1996 and 01 July 2007).
Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, PH, Ex-Servicemen, etc.) are eligible for relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Candidates must have completed their graduation before September 6, 2025.
Only original residents of Uttarakhand are eligible for most reserved categories.
Counselling Process
Candidates will fill preference forms for seats across 13 DIETs (District Institutes of Education & Training) in Uttarakhand.
Seat allotment will be based on merit and preference order.
Absence from counselling without a valid reason will result in the cancellation of candidatures, and seats will be filled on the waiting list.
