The Continued Learning Access Project (CLAP), a pioneering Digital Vehicle initiative by SARD and SCERT Uttarakhand, has successfully expanded its reach this month, delivering ICT-enabled education to schools across the state. Under the leadership of Additional Director Padmendra Saklani and Director Academics Dr. Bandana Garbyal, the program has been recognized as a transformative force in bridging the digital education gap.
