During the ceremony, Director Bandana Garbyal and Additional Project Director Kuldeep Gairola shared inspiring anecdotes from their school days, reflecting on the challenges they faced and the determination that shaped their journeys. They spoke of studying under difficult circumstances in remote areas, often without access to proper resources or guidance, yet holding on to a strong will to succeed. Their stories deeply resonated with the students, serving as powerful reminders that perseverance, hard work, and faith in one’s dreams can overcome even the toughest obstacles. Their journeys from humble beginnings to leadership roles in the education department inspired the young achievers to set high goals and remain committed to achieving them.
The Super 100 coaching program was strategically divided into two phases for optimal academic and residential support. The first 30 days of classes were conducted at Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalaya (RGNV), Dehradun, where students received foundational academic input in a structured school environment. The remaining 15 days were held at the SCERT Uttarakhand campus, which provided a fully residential facility, enabling immersive and focused preparation. The program was implemented under the Samagra Shiksha initiative, in collaboration with Awanti Fellows and HHPL, who served as academic and operational partners. Mr. Akhilesh Dhyani from Samagra Shiksha took on the role of Program Coordinator, ensuring smooth execution, coordination among stakeholders, and continuous support to students throughout the 45-day journey.
Their presence underscored the state’s commitment to empowering youth with high-quality learning opportunities.
