23 मार्च 2026 को SCERT Uttarakhand के सभागार में वित्तीय वर्ष 2026 के अंतर्गत आयोजित शैक्षिक भ्रमण कार्यक्रमों की एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक की अध्यक्षता निदेशक Bandana Garbyal  द्वारा की गई।

बैठक में पाठ्यक्रम विभाग के गुजरात शैक्षिक भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक Sunil Bhatt ने विस्तृत प्रस्तुति दी। इस अवसर पर अपर निदेशक P. S. Bisht, Kunwar Singh, Meharban Singh, उपनिदेशक माध्यमिक जे पी काला, तथा सहायक निदेशक Dr. K. N. Bijalwan सहित विभिन्न संकाय सदस्यों की सक्रिय सहभागिता रही।

प्रस्तुति के दौरान भट्ट ने गुजरात के शैक्षिक मॉडल के प्रमुख आयामों को विस्तार से साझा किया, जिसमें डिजिटल इंटीग्रेशन, Vidya Samiksha Kendra की भूमिका, अकादमिक एवं प्रशासनिक कार्यों में समन्वय, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा तथा नवाचार से जुड़े प्रभावशाली उदाहरणों को आँकड़ों और साक्ष्यों के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया गया। इस प्रस्तुति पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों द्वारा गहन चर्चा एवं परिचर्चा की गई और गुजरात मॉडल की उपयोगिता पर समालोचनात्मक विचार साझा किए गए। कार्यक्रम के अंत में शैक्षिक भ्रमण की एक वीडियो प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से अनुभवों की झलक भी प्रस्तुत की गई, जिसने सभी प्रतिभागियों को वास्तविक क्रियान्वयन की स्पष्ट समझ प्रदान की।

निदेशक Bandana Garbyal ने अपने संबोधन में सभी विभागों को अपने कार्यों एवं नवाचारों को SCERT की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर नियमित रूप से प्रकाशित करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही आगामी सत्र में गोवा एवं अंडमान-निकोबार के शैक्षिक भ्रमण कार्यक्रमों की प्रस्तुति देने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया गया।

अपर निदेशक Padmendra Saklani ने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP) के अंतर्गत कार्यरत विभाग को भी शीघ्र प्रस्तुति देने के निर्देश प्रदान किए।

Mission Karmyogi 2026–27: Transforming Education Through Capacity Building

The upcoming academic session in Uttarakhand marks a significant milestone with the launch of Mission Karmyogi 2026–27, a visionary initiative designed to reshape the educational landscape of the state. With formal approval from Director General of School Education Deepti Singh and Director Academic Research and Training, Bandana Garbyal, this mission is poised to bring structured innovation and inclusive growth to classrooms across Uttarakhand.

At the core of Mission Karmyogi are two powerful frameworks: the Capacity Building Units (CBUs) and the Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP). Together, they provide a roadmap for continuous professional development of teachers, ensuring that training is not a one-time exercise but a sustained, feedback-driven journey. This approach emphasises ICT integration, experiential learning, and innovative pedagogy, equipping educators to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

The plan also leverages digital platforms like DIKSHA and iGOT, enabling resource sharing, monitoring, and transparent evaluation. By institutionalising these practices, Mission Karmyogi fosters a culture of collaboration, excellence, and recognition, celebrating the achievements of both teachers and students.

In essence, Mission Karmyogi 2026–27 is more than a programme—it is a transformative movement from the GOI. In a significant stride towards global engagement in education, IT Faculty Ramesh Badoni from SCERT Uttarakhand proudly represented the state’s education ecosystem at an international technology-focused early childhood conference.

Academic Director Bandana Garbyal congratulated SCERT for the global representation of SCERT's  achievement and appreciated efforts in representing Uttarakhand at an international platform, highlighting the importance of global collaboration in strengthening education systems.

The conference, titled the 7th Annual Early Childhood Conference, is hosted by the prestigious Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation at Arizona State University. SCERT Uttarakhand IT Team Participates in DPDP Awareness Workshop at ITDA, Dehradun

In a significant step towards strengthening data privacy awareness and compliance in government institutions, the Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA), Government of Uttarakhand, organized an Awareness Workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023 & Rules 2025 at IT Bhawan, IT Park, Dehradun.

The workshop witnessed active participation from the SCERT Uttarakhand IT team, where Faculty members R. P. Badoni, S. P. Verma, and Administrative Officer Atul Kathait represented the institution. Their participation reflects SCERT’s growing commitment toward integrating digital governance, cybersecurity awareness, and legal compliance into the education ecosystem.

Objective of the Workshop

The primary aim of the workshop was to build awareness among government officials and department heads regarding the provisions, responsibilities, and implications of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The sessions focused on:

SRG Workshop SCERT: अनुभव आधारित गणित शिक्षण—डर से रुचि तक का सफर

गणित को अक्सर एक कठिन और डरावने विषय के रूप में देखा जाता है, लेकिन यदि इसे जीवन से जोड़ा जाए तो यही विषय सबसे रोचक और उपयोगी बन सकता है। इसी विचार को केंद्र में रखते हुए एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. उत्तराखंड द्वारा आयोजित गणित विषय की राज्य संसाधन समूह प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का सफल समापन हुआ।

कार्यशाला के समापन सत्र में निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण, बंदना गर्ब्याल  ने अपने विचार साझा करते हुए कहा कि गणित शिक्षण को बच्चों के दैनिक जीवन से जोड़ना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। जब बच्चे अपने आसपास की चीजों—जैसे बाजार, समय, दूरी, खेल—में गणित को पहचानते हैं, तो उनकी रुचि स्वाभाविक रूप से बढ़ती है और गणित का भय धीरे-धीरे समाप्त हो जाता है।

अपर निदेशक पदमेंद्र सकलानी ने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा कि गणित शिक्षण में 21वीं सदी के कौशल—जैसे समस्या समाधान, तार्किक चिंतन और विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता—का समावेश अनिवार्य है।

सहायक निदेशक डॉ. कृष्णानंद बिजलवाण ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि जब बच्चों की गणितीय अवधारणाएं स्पष्ट होती हैं, तब वे वास्तविक जीवन में गणित का प्रभावी उपयोग कर पाते हैं। यह समझ ही उन्हें आत्मविश्वासी बनाती है।

कार्यशाला के समन्वयक डॉ. मनोज कुमार शुक्ला ने बताया कि इस प्रशिक्षण में कुल 40 शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया। उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि प्रत्येक डायट (DIET) में जिला संसाधन समूह गठित किए गए हैं, जो स्थानीय आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार गणित शिक्षण में नवाचार और सुधार के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं। कार्यशाला के दौरान सभी डायट्स द्वारा किए गए नवाचारी प्रयासों को साझा किया गया, जिससे शिक्षकों को एक-दूसरे से सीखने का अवसर मिला।

विशेषज्ञ सत्रों में डॉ. अंजुलि सुहाने (स्कूल ऑफ एजुकेशन, इग्नू, नई दिल्ली) ने गणित शिक्षण में ICT के उपयोग पर प्रकाश डाला। वहीं डॉ. अश्विनी गर्ग (आर.आई.ई. भोपाल) ने विभिन्न शिक्षण विधियों और खेल आधारित शिक्षण को रोचक ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया।

चंदन सिंह घुघत्याल (दून स्कूल) ने गणित में नवाचारी आकलन की गतिविधियों के माध्यम से शिक्षकों को नई दिशा दी। इसके अतिरिक्त, डॉ. सुनील बजाज (एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. हरियाणा) ने शिक्षकों के साथ संवाद करते हुए राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के संदर्भ में गणित में 21वीं सदी के कौशलों के समावेश पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।

यह कार्यशाला केवल एक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम नहीं थी, बल्कि गणित शिक्षण को नया दृष्टिकोण देने का एक सशक्त प्रयास थी। अनुभव आधारित, गतिविधि आधारित और तकनीकी समावेशन के माध्यम से गणित को सरल, रोचक और जीवनोपयोगी बनाने की दिशा में यह पहल अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।

Report Feb 2026: Continued Learning Access Project (CLAP): Expanding Digital Learning Opportunities in Uttarakhand

Access to technology-enabled education continues to be a critical factor in ensuring equitable learning opportunities for all students. In many remote and underserved regions, however, limited digital infrastructure still prevents children from experiencing the benefits of modern learning tools. The Continued Learning Access Project (CLAP) is a significant initiative designed to address this challenge and support inclusive digital education in Uttarakhand.

The project is implemented by the Society for All Round Development (SARD) with generous support from HP and technical guidance from the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Together, these partners aim to bridge the digital divide and ensure that students from underprivileged communities can continue learning through technology-enabled resources.

At the heart of the CLAP initiative is a Mobile IT Library, an innovative solution designed to bring digital learning tools directly to schools where technological access has historically been limited. The mobile library is equipped with 120 Chromebooks, each preloaded with interactive educational content aligned with the school curriculum. This setup allows students to explore subjects through engaging digital activities, multimedia resources, and interactive exercises that support conceptual understanding and skill development.

Rather than expecting schools to develop their own digital infrastructure, the mobile library travels to participating schools and communities. This approach ensures that even institutions in remote areas can benefit from modern educational technology without the burden of installing or maintaining complex IT systems.

During the year, the CLAP initiative has made a meaningful impact by reaching approximately 1,770 students across multiple schools. For many of these learners, it was their first opportunity to interact with laptops, explore digital learning platforms, and experience technology as a tool for education rather than merely entertainment.

Teachers have also observed positive changes in student engagement. Interactive digital content has encouraged curiosity, improved participation in classroom activities, and helped learners visualize complex concepts more effectively. The initiative demonstrates how thoughtfully implemented technology can enhance learning outcomes while fostering digital literacy among students.

Beyond immediate classroom benefits, CLAP contributes to a broader vision of equitable digital education. By ensuring that students in underserved communities gain exposure to technology-enabled learning, the project prepares them for a future where digital skills are increasingly essential.

As Uttarakhand continues to strengthen its educational ecosystem, initiatives like CLAP highlight the importance of collaborative partnerships between development organizations, technology companies, and national academic institutions. Through such collective efforts, the dream of inclusive and uninterrupted access to quality education becomes increasingly achievable.

Two-Day Workshop on Research Tool Development and Piloting for Hybrid Learning in Uttarakhand Schools

The IT Department of SCERT Uttarakhand successfully organized a two-day workshop for the second round of research tool development and its piloting in schools. The workshop focused on studying the impact of technology-enabled learning environments, particularly in government schools equipped with virtual laboratories and smart classrooms across Uttarakhand.

This initiative aims to systematically examine how online teaching methods complement traditional classroom instruction. With the rapid expansion of digital infrastructure in schools, the study intends to understand the effectiveness of blended and hybrid teaching models in comparison to purely traditional teaching approaches. The research will help assess how digital tools such as virtual labs, smart boards, and online learning platforms are influencing students’ engagement, conceptual understanding, and overall learning outcomes.

During the workshop, participants worked on designing and refining research tools that will be used to collect data from schools implementing digital teaching practices. These tools include structured questionnaires, observation schedules, and feedback formats that will help capture the experiences of teachers and students using technology-supported teaching methods.

The process of developing research tools was collaboratively undertaken by faculty members of SCERT and DIETs (District Institutes of Education and Training). Their efforts were coordinated with the guidance and technical support of IT faculty member  S. P. Verma, who played a key role in aligning the research framework with current educational technology practices.

The study is closely aligned with the key tasks envisioned under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes the integration of digital technology in teaching and learning. The research seeks to produce evidence-based insights by assessing the results of online, traditional, and hybrid teaching models, which can inform future policy decisions and classroom practices in the state.

The workshop also witnessed active support and encouragement from Assistant Director Shri Kailash Dangwal, along with the entire IT team of SCERT Uttarakhand, who facilitated discussions, technical inputs, and collaborative planning throughout the sessions.

At the end of the workshop, participants finalized the second-round research instruments that will soon be piloted in selected government schools equipped with virtual labs and smart classroom facilities. The findings from this study are expected to contribute significantly to understanding the impact of technology integration in school education, particularly in the context of blended and hybrid learning models.

Through such initiatives, SCERT Uttarakhand continues to strengthen research-driven educational reforms, ensuring that the integration of technology in classrooms is both meaningful and effective for teachers and learners across the state.

वर्तमान डिजिटल युग में कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (Artificial Intelligence – AI) शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में तेजी से उपयोग में लाई जा रही है। एआई आधारित टूल्स की सहायता से शिक्षक पाठ योजनाएँ, ई-कॉन्टेन्ट, प्रश्नपत्र, चित्र, वीडियो और शैक्षणिक गतिविधियाँ तैयार कर सकते हैं। इससे शिक्षण अधिक रोचक और प्रभावी बन सकता है। लेकिन इसके साथ कुछ महत्वपूर्ण नैतिक, कानूनी और शैक्षणिक जिम्मेदारियाँ भी जुड़ी हुई हैं। यदि एआई का उपयोग सावधानीपूर्वक नहीं किया गया, तो यह बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार (Intellectual Property Rights – IPR), कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन, साहित्यिक चोरी (Plagiarism) या शैक्षणिक नैतिकता के विरुद्ध माना जा सकता है।

एससीईआरटी उत्तराखण्ड आईटी विभाग द्वारा आयोजित ई-कॉन्टेन्ट निर्माण कार्यशाला का सफल समापन

एससीईआरटी उत्तराखण्ड के आईटी विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दस दिवसीय ई-कॉन्टेन्ट निर्माण कार्यशाला का समापन दिनांक 11 मार्च 2026 को उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरण में सम्पन्न हुआ। इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यालयी शिक्षा में डिजिटल माध्यमों के प्रभावी उपयोग को बढ़ावा देना तथा कक्षा 3 और कक्षा 6 के लिए विज्ञान और पर्यावरण अध्ययन (EVS) विषयों पर रोचक, शिक्षण-सहायक और पाठ्यक्रम आधारित ई-कॉन्टेन्ट विकसित करना था।

वर्तमान समय में डिजिटल शिक्षा की बढ़ती आवश्यकता को देखते हुए यह पहल अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है, क्योंकि इससे शिक्षकों को आधुनिक तकनीकी साधनों के माध्यम से गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण सामग्री तैयार करने की दक्षता प्राप्त होती है।

यह कार्यशाला दो चरणों में आयोजित की गई, जिसमें विषय विशेषज्ञ शिक्षकों, आईटी विशेषज्ञों तथा शैक्षिक सामग्री निर्माताओं ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया। कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को ई-कॉन्टेन्ट निर्माण की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया से परिचित कराया गया, जिसमें विषय चयन, स्क्रिप्ट लेखन, एआई आधारित टूल्स का उपयोग, दृश्य-श्रव्य सामग्री का निर्माण, वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग तथा संपादन जैसी गतिविधियाँ शामिल थीं। इस कार्यशाला का संचालन सहायक निदेशक कैलाश डंगवाल और पुष्पा असवाल के मार्गदर्शन में किया गया, जिन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को निरंतर दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान करते हुए कार्य को व्यवस्थित रूप से आगे बढ़ाया।

कार्यशाला के लिए एक स्पष्ट लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था, जिसके अंतर्गत एआई आधारित तकनीकों और प्रभावी स्क्रिप्टिंग के माध्यम से लगभग 50 ई-कॉन्टेन्ट और शैक्षिक वीडियो तैयार करने का उद्देश्य रखा गया। इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रतिभागियों ने समूहों में कार्य करते हुए विभिन्न विषयों पर स्क्रिप्ट तैयार कीं और उन पर आधारित वीडियो का निर्माण किया। इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में आईटी विशेषज्ञों और विद्यालयों से आए विषय विशेषज्ञ शिक्षकों के बीच उत्कृष्ट समन्वय देखने को मिला, जिससे उच्च गुणवत्ता की डिजिटल शिक्षण सामग्री तैयार हो सकी।

कंटेन्ट निर्माण के लिए एनसीईआरटी की पुस्तकों और आधुनिक पेडगोजिकल दृष्टिकोण को आधार बनाया गया, ताकि तैयार की गई सामग्री राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यक्रम रूपरेखा और शैक्षिक मानकों के अनुरूप हो। कार्यशाला के दौरान कई समीक्षकों ने भी प्रतिभागियों के कार्यों का अवलोकन करते हुए अपने महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव साझा किए। विशेष रूप से यह सुझाव दिया गया कि तैयार किए जा रहे ई-कॉन्टेन्ट को दीक्षा पोर्टल और पीएम ई-विद्या चैनलों की गाइडलाइनों के अनुरूप बनाया जाए, जिससे इन सामग्रियों का व्यापक स्तर पर उपयोग किया जा सके।

कार्यशाला के दौरान समय-समय पर सहायक निदेशक डॉ. के.एन. बीजलवान ने भी मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया और प्रतिभागियों को गुणवत्ता पूर्ण ई-कॉन्टेन्ट निर्माण के लिए प्रेरित किया। इसके अतिरिक्त संदर्भदाता मनोधर नैनवाल, प्रवक्ता शिव वर्मा , सुप्रिया बहुखंडी तथा आईटी टीम के अन्य सदस्यों ने तकनीकी और शैक्षणिक सहयोग प्रदान करते हुए कार्यशाला को सफल बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। कार्यशाला के मध्य चरण में अपर निदेशक पी.के. बिष्ट, पदमेन्द्र सकलानी और आईटी संकाय आर.पी. बडोनी ने भी प्रतिभागियों के साथ अपने अनुभव साझा किए तथा डिजिटल शिक्षण सामग्री के प्रभावी उपयोग पर महत्वपूर्ण विचार प्रस्तुत किए। कुछ विषय विशेषज्ञों ने अपने पूर्व में तैयार किए गए ई-कॉन्टेन्ट भी प्रतिभागियों के साथ साझा किए, जिससे उन्हें व्यावहारिक उदाहरणों के माध्यम से सीखने का अवसर मिला।

कार्यशाला के समापन समारोह में सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए और उन्होंने अपने अनुभव साझा किए। प्रतिभागियों ने बताया कि इस प्रशिक्षण ने उन्हें न केवल आधुनिक डिजिटल टूल्स और तकनीकों की जानकारी दी, बल्कि शिक्षण को अधिक रोचक, प्रभावी और विद्यार्थी-केंद्रित बनाने की दिशा में नई सोच भी प्रदान की। प्रतिभागियों ने यह भी कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशालाएँ शिक्षकों की डिजिटल क्षमता को बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ राज्य में गुणवत्तापूर्ण ई-लर्निंग संसाधनों के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती हैं।

इस प्रकार एससीईआरटी उत्तराखण्ड के आईटी विभाग द्वारा आयोजित यह ई-कॉन्टेन्ट निर्माण कार्यशाला न केवल अपने निर्धारित उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने में सफल रही, बल्कि भविष्य में डिजिटल शिक्षा को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम भी सिद्ध हुई। इससे तैयार किए गए ई-कॉन्टेन्ट राज्य के विद्यार्थियों के लिए शिक्षण-अधिगम की प्रक्रिया को अधिक सुलभ, आकर्षक और प्रभावी बनाने में सहायक होंगे।

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड में सम्मान और उत्सव का आयोजन

 

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर SCERT Uttarakhand के सभागार में विद्यालयी शिक्षा परिवार द्वारा अत्यंत हर्षोल्लास और सम्मान के साथ इस विशेष दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व और निर्देशन निदेशक अकादमिक वंदना गर्ब्याल द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर शिक्षा विभाग के अनेक अधिकारी, संकाय सदस्य, कर्मचारी तथा विभिन्न संस्थानों से आई हुई महिला अतिथियों की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ पारंपरिक दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ हुआ। दीप प्रज्वलन निदेशक वंदना गर्ब्याल की माताजी तथा अपर निदेशक पदमेंद्र सकलानी की उपस्थिति में किया गया, जिससे पूरे सभागार में उत्साह और सम्मान का वातावरण बन गया।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉ. मोहन सिंह बिष्ट (प्रोफेशनल, SIEMAT) द्वारा प्रभावशाली ढंग से किया गया, जबकि कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में डॉ. के. एन. बिजल्वाण की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।

पदोन्नति प्राप्त अधिकारियों का अभिनंदन

कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में निदेशक वंदना गर्ब्याल द्वारा हाल ही में पदोन्नति प्राप्त अपर निदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा कुंवर सिंह रावत , मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट  तथा वर्तमान में कार्यरत अपर निदेशक पदमेंद्र सकलानी को पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर शुभकामनाएँ दी गईं।

महिला कर्मियों का सम्मान

इस अवसर पर माध्यमिक शिक्षा, समग्र शिक्षा, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा, विद्या समीक्षा केंद्र, एससीईआरटी, सीमेट  तथा अकादमिक प्रशिक्षण एवं शोध कार्यालय में कार्यरत सभी महिला कर्मियों को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित बाहरी अतिथि महिलाओं को भी विशेष रूप से सम्मान प्रदान किया गया।

विशेष रूप से पुष्पा असवाल, अनुग्या पैन्यूली, हिमानी भट्ट तथा गंगा गुघतियाल  को उनके उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए विशेष सम्मान प्रदान किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज की प्रधानाचार्या प्रेमलता बौडाई  को भी सम्मानित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में यह भी सुनिश्चित किया गया कि कार्यालय में कार्यरत प्रत्येक महिला कर्मी के योगदान को मान्यता मिले। कई छोटी बालिकाओं को भी विशेष रूप से सम्मानित कर उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

महिला योगदान पर प्रस्तुतीकरण

कार्यक्रम के दौरान संकाय सदस्य सुनील भट्ट द्वारा महिला दिवस के महत्व पर एक प्रेरक प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया। इसमें उत्तराखंड के परिप्रेक्ष्य में महिलाओं के योगदान के साथ-साथ विश्व स्तर पर महिलाओं द्वारा किए जा रहे उल्लेखनीय कार्यों का भी विस्तृत वर्णन किया गया।

अधिकारियों के प्रेरक विचार

पदोन्नति प्राप्त अपर निदेशक मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि समाज में क्षमताओं का विकेंद्रीकरण आवश्यक है, ताकि घर और कार्यालय दोनों स्थानों पर जिम्मेदारियों का संतुलन स्थापित हो सके और समता का भाव मजबूत बने।

अपर निदेशक कुंवर सिंह रावत ने महिलाओं द्वारा किए जा रहे उत्कृष्ट कार्यों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि जो महिलाएँ अभी भी अवसरों से वंचित हैं, उन्हें आगे लाने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास किए जाने चाहिए।

अपर निदेशक पदमेंद्र सकलानी ने अपने वक्तव्य में कहा कि आज के समय में महिलाओं के पास आगे बढ़ने के अनेक अवसर हैं और उन्होंने अपनी क्षमता और परिश्रम से यह सिद्ध भी किया है कि वे समाज और परिवार दोनों के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकती हैं।

इसी क्रम में निदेशक बन्दना गर्ब्याल  ने सभी महिलाओं से आह्वान किया कि वे अपने दायित्वों और अधिकारों के प्रति सजग रहें। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कभी उन्हें अपने अधिकारों के हनन का अनुभव हो, तो उन्हें अपने अधिकारों का उचित प्रयोग करना चाहिए, साथ ही यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि अधिकारों का उपयोग सदैव सकारात्मक और संतुलित तरीके से हो, जिससे व्यवस्था में सामंजस्य बना रहे और समाज में समानता की भावना मजबूत हो।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन डॉ. के एन बिजलवान  द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया। इसके पश्चात सभी उपस्थित सदस्यों को भोजन अवकाश के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया।

इस प्रकार SCERT Uttarakhand में आयोजित यह महिला दिवस समारोह न केवल महिलाओं के सम्मान और उनके योगदान को रेखांकित करने का अवसर बना, बल्कि यह कार्यक्रम समाज में समानता, सम्मान और सहभागिता के संदेश को भी मजबूती से प्रस्तुत करने में सफल रहा।
