Five-Day In-service Teachers Training Program in Uttarakhand

 Successful Completion of Five-Day In-service Teachers Training Program in Uttarakhand

(26-12-2023 to 30-12-2023) Venue: RGNV Dehradun

In a significant stride towards enhancing the educational landscape in Uttarakhand, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) collaborated with the Teachers Training Department to conduct an intensive five-day training program for in-service teachers. The program, held in association with the Teachers Training Department, was spearheaded by Joint Director Asha Rani Painuly and expertly coordinated by faculty members Dr. Rakesh Gairola and Ramesh Pant.

The training, which saw the active participation of approximately 80 teachers and featured 12 resource persons, covered a diverse array of topics aimed at enriching the pedagogical skills of educators.

Central themes included the integration of effective teaching methodologies, leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the teaching of Physics, Chemistry, and Economics for senior secondary schools.

Expanding beyond subject-specific strategies, the training also delved into crucial areas aligned with contemporary educational paradigms. Sessions encompassed insights into the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, disaster management protocols, stress management techniques, gender sensitization, scholarships, examination strategies, and the effective use of evaluation tools. The comprehensive nature of the training aimed to eq uip teachers with a holistic skill set, aligning with the multifaceted demands of the evolving education landscape.

The meticulous planning and execution of the program were evident, with the entire training regimen monitored by Bandana Garbyal, Director of Academic Research and Training, and Additional Director Ajay Naudiyal. Their oversight ensured the seamless flow of sessions, and they actively engaged in supporting question-and-answer sessions, addressing queries from both mentor teachers and enthusiastic participants.

With the successful conclusion of the training program, the newly trained mentor and master teachers are now poised to play a pivotal role in cascading their knowledge across all 13 districts of Uttarakhand.

Operating under the supervision of District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) and SCERT Uttarakhand, these educators are well-equipped to contribute positively to the professional development of their peers, ultimately enhancing the quality of education throughout the state.

The collaborative efforts of SCERT, the Teachers Training Department, and the dedicated educators involved mark a commendable stride towards fostering a more robust and dynamic educational environment in Uttarakhand.

राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति- 2020 के आलोक में संचालित विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का अभिमुखीकरण

 

राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति- 2020 के आलोक में संचालित विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का अभिमुखीकरण दिनांक 27 दिसंबर 2023 को निदेशक प्रारंभिक शिक्षा के सभागार में आयोजित किया गया जिसमे राज्य के सभी खण्डशिक्षा अधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी माध्यमिक, प्रारंभिक और मुख्यशिक्षा अधिकारी सहित मंडलीय अपर निदेशक, और मुख्यालय के समस्त अधिकारियों का अभिमुखीकरण किया गया ।

कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण उत्तराखण्ड श्रीमती बंदना गर्ब्याल ,निदेशक प्रारंभिक शिक्षा श्री आर के उनियाल, निदेशक संस्कृत श्री एस पी खाली ,अपर निदेशक एससीईआरटी श्री अजय नौडियाल, अपर निदेशक श्री महाबीर सिंह बिष्ट, श्री एस बी जोशी श्रीमती कंचन देवराड़ी संयुक्त निदेशक एन ई पी प्रकोष्ठ  एवं श्री शैलेन्द्र अमोली उप निदेशक, एनईपी प्रकोष्ठ ने दीप प्रज्वलित के साथ किया ।

 राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा- 2022 के आलोक में बुनियादी स्तर हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा- 2023 को निर्मित किया गया है जिसके कार्यान्वयन हेतु राज्य के शिक्षाधिकारियों का अभिमुखीकरण किया गया । साथ ही राज्य की विद्यालयी शिक्षा को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति- 2020 के आलोक में विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठयचर्या की रूपरेखा का निर्माण किया जाना है जो कि राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा 2023 के अनुरूप तैयार किया जा रहा है जिसमें प्रदेश के समस्त अधिकारियों के सुझाव मांगे गए ताकि राज्य की आशाओं अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप इस पाठ्यचर्या को निर्मित किया जा सके। इसके अलावा स्कूल कॉम्प्लेक्स, स्कूल पेयरिंग , पीएमई- विद्या , दीक्षा पोर्टल ,निपुण प्रगति एप पर सभी शिक्षा अधिकारियों से चर्चा परिचर्चा की गयी और समस्त अधिकारियों का अभिमुखीकरण किया गया ।

  कार्यशाला में अपर निदेशक एससीईआरटी श्री अजय नौडियाल ने कार्यशाला में आये अधिकारियों का स्वागत करते हुये इस कार्यशाला के औचिय पर अपना मार्गदर्शन दिया और अधिकारियों से अपेक्षा रखी कि वे एनईपी 2020 के अनुरूप इस दिशा में आगे बढ़ेंगे और राज्य की शिक्षा की दिशा और दशा को आगे बढ़ाने में अपना योगदान देंगे।

निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण श्रीमती बंदना गर्ब्याल ने अधिकारियों को उद्वेलित किया कि हम अपने प्रदेश की शिक्षा की दशा और दिशा को एनईपी 2020 के अनुरूप संवारने के लिये प्रयतशील हो जाय। इस अभिमुखीकरण कार्यशाला का लाभ इसी अनुरूप क्षेत्र के स्कूली दशा को संवारने के लिये करेंगे।

पी एम ई- विद्या के अंतर्गत शिक्षा मंत्रालय भारत सरकार  द्वारा पांच चैनल आवंटित किये गए हैं जिनमें कक्षा एक से 12 तक की कक्षाओं हेतु समस्त विषयों का 24 घंटे प्रसारण किया जाता है जिसके संचालन की  विस्तृत जानकारी शैलेन्द्र अमोली द्वारा दी गयी ।

 शैक्षिक संदर्भों को लेकर दीक्षा पोर्टल को किस प्रकार प्रयोग किया जाना है इस पर आई टी विभाग एससीईआरटी से श्री रमेश बडोनी द्वारा जानकारी जी गयी।

 बुनियादी स्तर हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा-2023 जो कि विगत 11 दिसंबर को माननीय मंत्री शिक्षा डॉ धन सिंह रावत जी द्वारा लोकार्पित किया गया जिस पर प्रदेश के समस्त अधिकारियों का अभिमुखीकरण श्री शैलेन्द्र अमोली द्वारा  किया गया और अपील की कि अब इसके अनुरूप बुनियादी स्तर हेतु शिक्षाक्रम को क्रियान्वित किया जाय।

 विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा को प्रदेश की आशाओं-आकांओं के अनुरूप हो इस पर श्री रविदर्शन तोपाल द्वारा विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राष्ट्रीय पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं को रखा जिसके अनुरूप राज्य पाठयचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्मित की जानी है इस पर प्रदेश के समस्त अधिकारियों से सुझाव मांगे जिन्हें विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा में समाहित किया जाएगा।

          राज्य में विद्या समीक्षा केंद्र स्थापित किया गया है जिस पर उप राज्य परियोजनक  निदेशक समग्र शिक्षा श्री मदन मोहन जोशी ने व्यापक सुझाव व जानकारी सांझा की इस केंद्र का उद्देश्य प्रथमतः विद्यालयी छात्रों एवं अध्यापकों से संबंधित आंकड़ों को पोर्टल पर अपडेट करना है वर्तमान में लगभग 11000 विद्यालयों से अध्यापक / छात्र रियल टाइम उपस्थित प्रारंभ कर दी गई है लेकिन शत प्रतिशत किए जाने हैं, जिसके लिए सार्थक प्रयास किए जाने होंगे समस्त अधिकारियों को यह भी बताया गया कि प्रतिदिन छात्र उपस्थित, अध्यापक उपस्थित पोर्टल पर अपडेट कर ली जाए तथा इसे विद्यालय की प्रतिदिन की गतिविधि का भाग बनाया जाए। इस संदर्भ में अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि बंद हो गए स्कूल, अध्यापकों की अन्यत्र व्यवस्था, इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी आदि के कारण शत- प्रतिशत सहभागिता ना हो पाने के कारणों से अवगत कराया गया। जिस संदर्भ में जनपदों को अवगत कराया गया कि इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु शीघ्र सार्थक प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।

     बैठक में परीक्षा पे चर्चा में राज्य से छात्र, शिक्षक एवं अभिभावकों की प्रतिभागिता बढ़ाये जाने हेतु तत्काल प्रयास किए जाएं  यह भी अवगत कराया गया कि इसके लिए 12 जनवरी अंतिम तिथि है लिहाजा समय से प्रतिभागिता बढाई जाने हेतु समुचित प्रयास की जांय। कार्यशाला में प्रदेश के समस्त अधिकारियों सहित एससीईआरटी ,और एन ई पी प्रकोष्ठ से अनेक अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे जिनमें श्री ललित मोहन चमोला, श्री हरीश चंद्र सिंह रावत, श्री आर एल आर्य , श्रीमती कंचन देवराड़ी, श्रीमती आशारानी पैन्यूली, श्री कुलदीप गैरोला, श्री प्रदीप रावत, श्री डी सी गॉड, श्री शिव प्रसाद सेमवाल, श्री विनोद सिमल्टी, श्री बृजमोहन रावत, श्री मेहरवान सिंह रावत, श्री आकाश सारस्वत, श्री आनन्द भारद्वाज,श्री राकेश जुगरान, श्रीमती हेमलता भट्ट, श्री शैलेन्द्र अमोली, श्री अमित चंद , श्री अशोक जकारिया, श्रीमती मंजू भारती, डॉ रवि मेहता, श्री कैलाश डंगवाल, श्री के एन बिजल्वाण, श्री रविदर्शन तोपाल , श्री मनोज बहुगुणा , डॉ कामाक्षा मिश्रा, आदि लोग उपस्थित रहे कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्री मनोज किशोर बहुगुणा ने किया ।

कार्यशाला के समापन के पश्चात समस्त अधिकारियों द्वारा निदेशक माध्यमिक शिक्षा श्रीमती सीमा जौनसारी जी को 31 दिसंबर 2023 को अधिवर्षता सेवा पूर्ण होने पर  सेवानिवृत्ति हो जाने के लिये भावभीनी विदाई भी प्रदान की गयी। प्रदेश के समस्त अधिकारियों के अलावा विशेष रूप से विदाई समारोह में सहभागिता देने आए माननीय विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ धनसिंह रावत जी, महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा श्री बंशीधर तिवारी जी की गरिमामय उपस्थिति में विदाई कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न हुआ ।

इस अवसर पर विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री ने सेवा निवृत्त होने जा रहे अधिकारी को हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं दी और विभागीय अधिकारियों से कहा कि स्कूलों को ABCD ग्रेड में बांटे और उसी अनुरूप उन्हें संसाधन प्रदान किया जाएगा। और कहा कि D ग्रेड की स्कूल जो पूर्ण रूप से बननी है उन्हें इस साल हर हाल में पूर्ण किया जाय और 7 जनवरी की डेट लाइन दी और कहा कि इस तिथि तक सही जानकारी प्रदान कर दें ताकि उन विद्यालयों को यथासमय बजट स्वीकृत किया जा सके। स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति शत प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित की जानी होगी ।

 सभी अधिकारियों ने सेवा निवृत्त होने वाली अधिकारी श्रीमती सीमा जौनसारी को उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभ कामना दी और उनके द्वारा प्रतिपादित कार्यों की भूरी भूरी प्रशंसा की । विदाई समारोह का  संचालन डॉ मोहन सिंह बिष्ट द्वारा किया गया ।

राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद, उत्तराखण्ड (SCERT UTTARAKHAND) समापन सत्र दीक्षा पोर्टल हेतु ई कंटेन्ट निर्माण कार्यशाला : (18-12-2023 से 23-12-2023)

उत्तराखंड राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (SCERT) ने 18 दिसंबर 2023 से 23 दिसंबर 2023 तक देहरादून के सौरभ होटल में आयोजित हुई ई-कंटेन्ट निर्माण कार्यशाला के समापन सत्र का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यशाला में 30 विषय एक्सपर्ट शिक्षकों ने एक सप्ताह तक मेहनत करके डिजिटल ई-कंटेन्ट बनाया, जिसमें टेक्स्ट स्क्रिप्ट, विडियो स्क्रिप्ट, और दीक्षा पोर्टल के अनुरूप डिजिटल सामग्री शामिल थी। समापन सत्र में संयुक्त निदेशक कंचन देवराड़ी और उप निदेशक शेलेन्द्र अमोली ने शिक्षकों के बनाए गए ई-कंटेन्ट की समीक्षा की और सुझावों के साथ प्रतिभागियों को बधाई दी। उन्होंने इस सामग्री की गुणवत्ता को सराहा और भविष्य के लिए सहयोग करने का आग्रह किया। ई-कंटेन्ट निर्माता शिक्षकों के साथ मिलकर कार्यशाला में आई सी टी के दक्ष माडरैटर और समीक्षकों ने भी पूर्णकालिक सत्रों में कार्य निष्पादन हेतु योगदान दिया और सामग्री के विकास पर जोर दिया। मुख्य समीक्षकों में सुप्रिय बहुखंडी, प्रदीप नेगी, अर्चना गार्गय, और भास्कर जोशी शामिल थे, जो राज्य के 13 जनपदों से आए विषय विशेषज्ञों के साथ मिलकर ई-कंटेन्ट निर्माण में अहम योगदान दिया। निदेशक, अकादमिक शोध एवं मूल्यांकन, उत्तराखंड, बन्दना गर्ब्याल ने अपने संदेश में यह बताया कि इस कार्यशाला से प्रदेश की शिक्षा में नए नवाचार और व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और एन ई पी के आलोक में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कार्य करने के लिए सम्पूर्ण शिक्षा समाज के लिए प्रेरक होगी।

Day 3:

Morning Session: The third day of the E-Content Development Workshop witnessed a high level of collaboration among Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Archana Gargya, Supriya Bahukhandi, Bhaskar Joshi and Pradeep Negi as Content Moderators reviewed the e-content scripts with feedback on the SME's scripts. The teams actively engaged in scriptwriting activities using Google Drive, creating content for various subjects. This collaborative approach allowed for real-time edits and suggestions, promoting efficient content development.

Script Review and Editing: A significant portion of the day was dedicated to reviewing and editing scripts intended for uploading as documents on the Diksha Portal. The teams focused on ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with educational objectives. The workshop coordinator, R P Badoni, provided guidance, emphasizing the importance of user-friendly content that enhances the learning experience.

Afternoon Session: The afternoon session saw the initiation of video scriptwriting for recording sessions on diverse subjects. Moderators played a crucial role in guiding SMEs in structuring engaging and informative video scripts. The teams explored innovative approaches to convey concepts effectively through video content.

Peer Collaboration and Review: Moderators took the initiative to form groups for collaborative scriptwriting, encouraging peer reviews within the teams. This approach aimed at refining the quality of content through diverse perspectives and expertise. Subject Matter Experts actively participated, sharing insights and best practices for effective scriptwriting.

Day 4:

Learning and Issue Identification: On the fourth day, the workshop continued its momentum with SMEs persistently learning and addressing issues related to the content development program. The interactive sessions facilitated a dynamic exchange of ideas, allowing for continuous improvement and adaptation to emerging challenges.

Workshop Coordinator Engagement: R P Badoni, along with the moderation team, remained actively involved in hands-on sessions with the SMEs. This direct engagement served to address any immediate concerns, clarify doubts, and ensure a cohesive understanding of the content development process.

Collaborative Hands-On Sessions: The hands-on sessions continued to foster collaboration between SMEs and the moderation team. Practical application of theoretical concepts allowed for a seamless transition from planning to execution, enhancing the efficiency of the content development process.

Conclusion: Days 3 and 4 of the E-Content Development Workshop showcased significant progress in scriptwriting and content development. The collaborative efforts of SMEs, content moderators, and the workshop coordinator resulted in a dynamic exchange of ideas, promoting continuous learning and improvement. दिनांक 11 दिसंबर से 16 दिसंबर 2024

         राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अंतर्गत विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा के निर्माण हेतु गठित ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी के द्वारा राज्य के लिए पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा के निर्माण  हेतु छ: दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई है जिसका शुभारंभ दिनांक 11 दिसंबर 2023 को माननीय विद्यालय शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत जी के कर कमलों से प्रारंभिक निदेशालय के सभागार में  किया गया । शेष पांच दिनों की कार्यशाला अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन के सभागार में सम्पन्न हुयी।

 

     पाठ्यचर्या निर्माण हेतु गठित ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी ने पांच महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों पर राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा का प्रथम ड्राफ्ट  निर्मित किया  । ये पांच महत्वपूर्ण भाग हैं  भाग ए - दृष्टिकोण ,भाग बी-  क्रॉस कटिंग थीम, भाग सी-  विद्यालयी विषय, भाग डी- विद्यालयी संस्कृति और प्रक्रियाएं तथा भाग ई-  सहायक पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का निर्माण , यह पांच महत्वपूर्ण भाग विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु संपूर्ण पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्धारित करेंगे।

 राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अंतर्गत 10 + 2 की जगह 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 का नया ढांचा जारी किया गया है जिसमें पहला सोपान जो पांच वर्षीय है दो चरणों में है यह बुनियादी स्तर (फाऊंडेशनल स्टेज) कहलाता है जिस के अन्तर्गत 3 वर्ष आंगनबाड़ी केन्दों द्वारा संचालित बाल बाटिका में तथा कक्षा एक और कक्षा दो विद्यालय शिक्षा के अंतर्गत संचालित किए जाएंगे। जिस के लिये  बुनियादी स्तर हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा- 2023 का विधिवत लोकार्पण शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत जी द्वारा 11 दिसंबर 2023 को किया गया। शेष शोपान 3 + 3 + 4 के नये ढांचा के अन्तर्गत प्रिपेरटॉरी, मिडिल तथा सेकेंडरी स्टेज के लिये जो कि कक्षा तीन से 12वीं तक का है , प्रिपेरटॉरी स्टेज में कक्षा तीन, चार, पांच, मिडिल स्टेज कक्षा 6 ,7, 8 तथा सेकेंडरी स्टेज कक्षा 9 से 12 तक के लिये एक ही पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्मित की जा रही है। जो विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा कहलाएगी।

   इस पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा के निर्माण हेतु गठित कमेटी में एससीईआरटी, डायट, विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य, विद्या भारती के विषय विशेषज्ञ, निजी विद्यालयों के विशेषज्ञ, प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों तथा आवासीय विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य और शिक्षकों के अलावा अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन, रूम टू रीड, लभ्या फाउंडेशन से विषय विशेषज्ञों को ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी में सम्मिलित किया गया है।

 कार्यशाला में माननीय मंत्री विद्यालयी शिक्षा डॉक्टर धन सिंह रावत जी ने राज्य की शिक्षा को बेहतर बनाने हेतु सुझाव दिए और कहा कि भारत की गौरवमयी परंपराओं को शिक्षाक्रम में अवश्य जोड़ा जाना चाहिये। श्री प्रदीप रावत मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी देहरादून ने ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी को शिक्षा दर्शन के व्यापक पहलुओं से ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी का अभिमुखीकरण किया।

इसके अलावा भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा पर व्यापक मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए शांतिकुंज हरिद्वार से देव संस्कृति विश्वविद्यालय के डीन डॉक्टर कृष्णा झरे जी जो कि दह्यूमैनिटी एंड सोशल साइंस में कार्यरत है उनके द्वारा व्यापक दिशा दर्शन दिया गया । इस अवसर पर डॉ मोहन सिंह बिष्ट ने वक्ताओं द्वारा दिए गए सुझाव को राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा में सम्मिलित करने के सुझाव दिये। 

    

निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण श्रीमती वंदना गर्ब्याल ने कहा कि विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा इस तरह निर्मित की जानी होगी जो राज्य की आशाओं, अपेक्षाओं और जरूरतों पर खरा उतरे।

अपनिदेशक एससीईआरटी श्री अजय नौटियाल ने कहा कि दस्तावेज भावी जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखकर निर्मित किया जाना होगा इस हेतु व्यापक विमर्श कर रोड मैप तैयार कर लिया जाए। श्री राकेश चंद्र जुगरण अध्यक्ष विद्यालयी शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्माण स्टीयरिंग कमेंटी, प्राचार्य डायट देहरादून ने भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा को आधार मानते हुए सभी श्रेष्ठ पारंपरिक ज्ञान नवीन वैज्ञानिक शोधों को इस दस्तावेज में सम्मिलित किये जाने की बात कही ।

श्रीमती कंचन देवराडी, संयुक्त निदेशक एससीईआरटी,एनईपी प्रकोष्ठ, ने कहा कि चरणबद्ध तरीके से व्यापक विचार विमर्श के उपरांत राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्मित की जानी होगी । श्री शैलेंद्र अमोली उपनिदेशक एन ई पी प्रकोष्ठ, ने कार्यशाला में आए सभी प्रतिभागियों का आभार प्रकट किया और कहा कि सभी साथी आपसी संपर्क और संवाद बनाए रखें और आवश्यक विमर्श करते हुए इसमें निरंतर सुधार की प्रक्रिया से जुड़े रहे। अजीम प्रेमजी फाऊंडेशन देहरादून के राज्य समन्वयक श्री अम्बरीश सिंह बिष्ट  ने कहा कि उनके संस्थान का संपूर्ण सहयोग आगे भी राज्य पाठ्यचर्या के निर्माण हेतु मिलता रहेगा।  समन्वयक (राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्माण) श्री रविदर्शन तोपाल ने कार्यशाला में राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्माण की व्यापक संकल्पना प्रस्तुत की और ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी के सदस्यों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए आवश्यक सुझाव प्रस्तुत किये।

 कार्यशाला अजीम प्रेम जी फाउंडेशन देहरादून के गंगा व यमुना सभागार में आयोजित की गयी संस्थान के राज्यप्रमुख श्री शोभन सिंह नेगी जी का भी विद्यालय शिक्षा हेतु राज्य पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा निर्माण में निरंतर मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हुआ समापन अवसर पर अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन देहरादून रूम टू रीड संस्था, और लभ्य फाउंडेशन और समस्त प्रतिभागियों जिन्होंने राज्य पाठ्य चार्य की रूपरेखा निर्माण में प्रतिभा किया सभी का  आभार प्रकट किया गया।
