उत्तराखंड राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण के अपर निदेशक प्रदीप कुमार रावत का भव्य सेवानिवृत्ति समारोह

 

उत्तराखंड राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण (SCERT) के अपर निदेशक प्रदीप कुमार रावत की सेवानिवृत्ति समारोह  को बड़े धूमधाम से SCERT के ऑडिटोरियम में महानिदेशक झरना कमठान की  गरिमामई उपस्थिति मे भव्य समारोह के रूप में मनाया गया। 

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत और स्वागत

समारोह की शुरुआत में  प्रदीप कुमार रावत के व्यक्तित्व और उनके कार्यकाल की झलक को एक फिल्म के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसका निर्माण SCERT के आईटी विभाग द्वारा किया गया था। इसके पश्चात विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए उनके शिष्य, अधिकारी, कर्मचारी और SCERT के संकाय सदस्यों ने प्रदीप रावत का फूल-मालाओं और पुष्पगुच्छ देकर स्वागत किया।

महानिदेशक झरना कमठान ने अपने संबोधन में प्रदीप कुमार रावत के व्यक्तित्व और उनकी कार्यशैली की भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदीप रावत न केवल एक ईमानदार और कर्मठ अधिकारी थे, बल्कि उनके निर्णय लेने की क्षमता भी अद्वितीय थी।

उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा:

"मैंने जब मुख्य विकास अधिकारी, देहरादून के रूप में कार्य किया, तब मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी के रूप में प्रदीप रावत के साथ कार्य करने का अवसर मिला। उस दौरान, मैंने देखा कि वे अपने कार्य के प्रति अत्यंत समर्पित हैं। उनके निर्णय त्वरित, प्रभावी और शिक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने वाले रहे हैं। कई ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण फैसले, जो उन्होंने लिए, आज भी राज्य की शिक्षा प्रणाली में निर्णायक भूमिका निभा रहे हैं।"

महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा, झरना कमठान ने आगे कहा कि प्रदीप रावत ने अपने दायित्वों को पूर्ण निष्ठा और निष्पक्षता के साथ निभाया। वे उन अधिकारियों में से हैं, जो किसी भी प्रकार के दबाव में बिना आए, केवल जनहित और शैक्षिक सुधार के लिए कार्य करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा:

"शिक्षा विभाग में कार्य करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य होता है। खासकर उत्तराखंड जैसे राज्य में, जहां कई दुर्गम क्षेत्र हैं, वहाँ शिक्षा का स्तर सुधारना आसान नहीं था। लेकिन प्रदीप रावत ने अपने नेतृत्व में कई प्रभावशाली योजनाएँ लागू कीं, जिनके सकारात्मक परिणाम आज भी देखने को मिल रहे हैं। उनके जाने से विभाग को निश्चित रूप से एक बड़ी क्षति होगी, लेकिन उनकी कार्यशैली और निर्णय लेने की नीति नए अधिकारियों के लिए प्रेरणादायक रहेगी।"

महानिदेशक ने यह भी कहा कि  प्रदीप रावत ने जिन मानकों को स्थापित किया है, उनके अनुरूप कार्य करना आने वाली पीढ़ी के लिए चुनौती होगी। उन्होंने कहा:

"श्री प्रदीप रावत ने शिक्षा क्षेत्र में जो मिसाल कायम की है, उसका अनुकरण करना आसान नहीं होगा। उनकी कार्यशैली, समर्पण और अनुशासन आज के अधिकारियों के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बने रहेंगे। मैं आशा करती हूँ कि वे भविष्य में भी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अपने अनुभवों से योगदान देते रहेंगे।"

प्रदीप कुमार रावत ने अपने अभिभाषण में अपनी अब तक की यात्रा, अपने संघर्षों और अपने अनुभवों को साझा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह यात्रा आसान नहीं थी, लेकिन उन्होंने हमेशा शिक्षा और बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य को प्राथमिकता दी। उन्होंने कहा:

"जब मैंने शिक्षा विभाग में अपनी सेवा शुरू की, तब मेरे सामने कई चुनौतियाँ थीं। लेकिन मैंने हमेशा यह सुनिश्चित किया कि जो भी निर्णय लिए जाएँ, वे शिक्षकों और छात्रों के हित में हों। मुझे कभी किसी भी प्रकार के व्यक्तिगत लाभ या दबाव में आकर निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता महसूस नहीं हुई।"

उन्होंने महानिदेशक झरना कमठान और अन्य अधिकारियों का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा:

"मैं अत्यंत आभारी हूँ कि मुझे ऐसे सहयोगी अधिकारी मिले, जिन्होंने हमेशा शिक्षा के प्रति मेरी प्रतिबद्धता को समझा और समर्थन दिया। जब मैंने किसी भी योजना या नीति को लागू किया, तो मेरा केवल एक ही उद्देश्य था—शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाना और इसे सभी तक पहुँचाना।"

अपने परिवार और सहयोगियों का आभार

प्रदीप रावत ने अपने परिवार का विशेष रूप से धन्यवाद किया और अपनी पत्नी की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया। उन्होंने कहा:

"मेरे परिवार ने हमेशा मेरा साथ दिया। मेरी पत्नी ने न केवल मेरे निर्णयों को समझा बल्कि जब भी मुझे किसी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत या पेशेवर चुनौती आई, उन्होंने मुझे सही मार्गदर्शन दिया। मेरे बच्चों ने भी मेरे व्यस्त जीवन को समझा और कभी कोई शिकायत नहीं की। यह मेरे लिए सबसे बड़ी ताकत थी।"

प्रदीप रावत के  छोटे भाई कोटद्वार  विधायक महंत दिलीप सिंह रावत ने कहा कि वे हमेशा उनके लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत रहे हैं। उन्होंने बचपन की यादों को साझा करते हुए बताया कि कैसे मेहनत और अनुशासन ने उन्हें इस मुकाम तक पहुँचाया। महंत दिलीप रावत ने E=MC^2 को अलग तरह से परिभाषित कर सभी को एक नया पैगाम भी दिया। 

अधिकारियों और गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के संदेश

उत्तराखण्ड अकादमिक  शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण निदेशक बंदना गर्ब्याल  ने वीडियो संदेश में प्रदीप रावत की सेवाओं की सराहना की और उन्हें निर्णय लेने में प्रेरक अधिकारी बताया।समारोह में संयुक्त निदेशक पद्मेंद्र सकलानी, अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक कुलदीप गैरोला, प्रारंभिक शिक्षा निदेशक अजय नौडियाल, और कई अन्य अधिकारियों ने प्रदीप रावत को पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर शुभकामनाएँ दीं। SCERT के संकाय सदस्यों ने भी ऑनलाइन संदेशों के माध्यम से उन्हें शुभकामनाएँ दीं। 

कार्यक्रम का संचालन और तकनीकी सहयोग

समारोह का मंच संचालन प्रवक्ता सुनील भट्ट ने किया, साथ ही सहायक निदेशक डॉ के एन बिजलवाण ने  प्रदीप रावत के साथ बिताए कई संस्मरण साझा किए। कार्यक्रम में आईटी विभाग के विनय उनियाल और सौरभ जोशी ने तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान किया।

समारोह के अंत में प्रदीप रावत ने कहा कि भले ही वे राजकीय सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं, लेकिन आगे भी अपने अनुभवों का लाभ समाज और शिक्षा क्षेत्र को देते रहेंगे। उन्होंने सभी से SCERT को देश का एक "सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस" बनाने का संकल्प लेने की अपील की।

समारोह में पूर्व अपर निदेशक आशा रानी पैन्यूली , पूर्व संयुक्त निदेशक डंडरियाल,और राकेश जुगरान  पूर्व प्राचार्य डाइट देहरादून  सहित कई गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने प्रदीप रावत को एक सशक्त और निर्णायक अधिकारी के रूप में याद किया। समारोह के दौरान सभी ने उनके योगदान की सराहना करते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।

SCERT को सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस बनाने की अपील

अपने संबोधन के अंतिम चरण में, प्रदीप रावत ने SCERT को देश का "सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस" बनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा:

"SCERT केवल एक संस्थान नहीं, बल्कि एक चिंतनशाला  है, जो शिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाने और शिक्षा के स्तर को नई ऊँचाइयों तक ले जाने के लिए कार्य करता है। यह संस्थान तभी और अधिक प्रभावी बनेगा, जब शिक्षक, शोधकर्ता और अधिकारी एकजुट होकर काम करेंगे। मैं चाहता हूँ कि यह संस्थान भारत का नंबर वन संस्थान बने और पूरे देश के लिए एक मिसाल स्थापित करे।"

"अब जब मैं सेवानिवृत्त हो रहा हूँ, तो मुझे और अधिक स्वतंत्रता मिलेगी कि मैं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में किस प्रकार से योगदान दे सकता हूँ। मैं अपने अनुभवों और ज्ञान का उपयोग करके शिक्षा व्यवस्था को और बेहतर बनाने के लिए काम करूँगा। यदि कहीं भी मेरी जरूरत होगी, तो मैं हमेशा सहयोग के लिए तैयार रहूँगा।"

उनके इन विचारों ने समारोह में उपस्थित सभी लोगों को भावुक कर दिया, और हर किसी ने तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट से उनके योगदान को सम्मानित किया। 🎉

डाइट टिहरी गढ़वाल में नव नियुक्त शिक्षकों के लिए इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड के अपर निदेशक प्रदीप कुमार रावत ने कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाई

डाइट,  टिहरी गढ़वाल में  नव नियुक्त शिक्षकों के लिए एक व्यापक इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को प्रभावी कक्षा शिक्षण के लिए आवश्यक कौशल और ज्ञान प्रदान करना था। कार्यक्रम में एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड के अपर निदेशक श्री प्रदीप कुमार रावत ने विशेष रूप से भाग लिया और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और तकनीक-सक्षम शिक्षण की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) 2020 के अनुरूप है, जो शिक्षा प्रणाली में व्यापक बदलाव की वकालत करती है।

संस्थान प्रमुख के रूप में अपर निदेशक रावत, जो इस माह के अंत में अपनी सेवा पूर्ण कर रहे हैं, ने अपने प्रेरक संबोधन में कहा:

• शिक्षा में कोई समझौता नहीं किया जा सकता, क्योंकि शिक्षक समाज के भविष्य निर्माता बच्चों का मार्गदर्शन करते हैं।

• एनईपी 2020 के अनुसार शिक्षा प्रणाली में कौशल आधारित शिक्षा, डिजिटल साक्षरता और बहुविषयक दृष्टिकोण को अपनाने की आवश्यकता है।

• पाठ्यक्रम और सामग्री को तकनीक-सक्षम बनाना अब विकल्प नहीं, बल्कि आवश्यकता बन गई है, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक शिक्षा के साथ जोड़ा जा सके।

प्राचार्य हेमलता भट्ट ने अपर निदेशक प्रदीप रावत का डाइट  परिसर में गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। उन्होंने एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड के नेतृत्व में निदेशक रावत के प्रयासों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि अपर निदेशक रावत के मार्गदर्शन में एससीईआरटी ने शैक्षिक सुधारों, शिक्षकों के क्षमता निर्माण और नवाचार आधारित शिक्षण पद्धतियों को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

इस अवसर पर डाइट के सभी संकाय सदस्य उपस्थित थे, जिन्होंने  अपर निदेशक रावत के योगदान की सराहना की और उनके शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को सुदृढ़ बनाने के प्रयासों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। निदेशक रावत के साथ एससीईआरटी के उप निदेशक  ए.के. श्रीवास्तव भी मौजूद थे। 

कार्यक्रम का समापन एक इंटरैक्टिव सत्र के साथ हुआ, जिसमें अपर निदेशक रावत ने नव नियुक्त शिक्षकों के प्रश्नों का उत्तर दिया। उन्होंने शिक्षकों को नवाचार, रचनात्मकता और तकनीक को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया, ताकि वे अपने शिक्षण को अधिक प्रभावी और रुचिकर बना सकें।

SCERT Uttarakhand, March 23, 2025 – SCERT Uttarakhand, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur, successfully concluded a five-day Executive Education Program on Strategic Planning and Action Plan from March 19 to 23, 2025. The customized program was meticulously designed by IIM Udaipur at the special request of SCERT Uttarakhand, aiming to enhance the strategic competencies of its officers and faculty members.

A total of 33 planning members from SCERT and DIETs across Uttarakhand, including principals and lecturers, actively participated in this transformative learning experience.

Program Highlights and Objectives

The programme was expertly led by Program directors Prof. Shaleen Gopal and Prof. Prarthan B. Desai, along with Prof. Pradeep Kumar Hota from IIM Udaipur. The sessions were designed to strengthen participants' capabilities in strategic thinking, scenario planning, and action-oriented leadership, equipping them with the tools necessary to drive impactful changes in their institutions.

Key topics covered during the five days included:

• Strategic Thinking and Execution: Developing a clear vision and aligning actions with long-term institutional goals.

आनंदम कार्यक्रम के संबंध में एकदिवसीय अभिमुखीकरण संपन्न

 

राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (SCERT) द्वारा उत्तराखंड के प्रारंभिक विद्यालयों में संचालित "आनंदम कार्यक्रम" के संबंध में एकदिवसीय अभिमुखीकरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन SCERT देहरादून के कॉन्फ्रेंस रूम में संपन्न हुआ।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य और महत्व

इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में सकारात्मक मानसिकता, भावनात्मक स्थिरता और आत्म-अनुभूति का विकास करना है। कार्यक्रम का दार्शनिक आधार दिल्ली में चल रहे हैप्पीनेस करिकुलम से प्रेरित है, जिसमें बच्चों को शैक्षिक ज्ञान के साथ-साथ आत्मचिंतन, सहानुभूति और सामाजिक कौशल विकसित करने का अवसर मिलता है। इस प्रोग्राम के लिए प्रवक्ता सुधा पैन्यूली ने मंच संचालन किया । 

मुख्य सत्र और गतिविधियां

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में SCERT के अपर निदेशक प्रदीप कुमार रावत ने आनंदम कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्यों, इसके दार्शनिक पहलुओं और इसके शिक्षण प्रक्रिया में महत्व को स्पष्ट किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम छात्रों में सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण, आत्मबोध और सामाजिक मूल्यों को विकसित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है।

इस मौके पर विशेषज्ञ के रूप मे आनंद बी सिंह फाउंडेशन फॉर वैदिक साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी, नई दिल्ली के निदेशक द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया गया । यह फाउंडेशन महर्षि वैदिक विश्वविद्यालय, हॉलैंड के कार्यक्रमों का संचालन करता है। उन्होंने इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से विभिन्न विषयों में स्नातकोत्तर (मास्टर डिग्री) प्राप्त की है। आनंद  को सिद्धि ध्यान (ट्रांसेंडेंटल मेडिटेशन) के अभ्यास, शिक्षण और प्रशिक्षण में गहरा अनुभव है। इस अनुभव को प्राप्त करने के लिए उन्होंने कई वर्षों तक उत्तरकाशी, हिमालय में साधना की है। वर्तमान में वे स्कूलों, विश्वविद्यालयों, अनाथालयों और सैन्य एवं अर्धसैन्य बलों के समूहों में इस ध्यान तकनीक का प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं।

आनंदम कार्यक्रम की प्रमुख गतिविधियां

1. ध्यान देने की प्रक्रिया:

   • विद्यार्थियों को ध्यान एवं आत्मचिंतन के अभ्यास कराए गए, जिससे वे अपने विचारों, भावनाओं और संवेदनाओं के प्रति सजग हो सके।

   • यह प्रक्रिया विद्यार्थियों को भावनात्मक रूप से स्थिर, तनावमुक्त और शैक्षिक रूप से अधिक सक्षम बनने में मदद करती है।

2. कहानी सत्र:

   • आनंदम कार्यक्रम की कहानियां बच्चों के वास्तविक जीवन अनुभवों और मानवीय मूल्यों पर आधारित होती हैं।

   • इन कहानियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों में सामाजिक, तार्किक और सृजनात्मक कौशल का विकास किया जाता है।

3. गतिविधि सत्र:

   • विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को मनोरंजन के साथ-साथ नैतिक शिक्षा दी गई।

   • इन गतिविधियों के जरिए उन्हें समाज, परिवार और प्रकृति में अपनी भूमिका को समझने में सहायता मिली।

4. अभिव्यक्ति सत्र:

   • विद्यार्थियों को अपने भावनाओं, विचारों और अनुभवों को साझा करने का अवसर दिया गया।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन और प्रतिभागिता

कार्यक्रम का संचालन कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ. साधना डिमरी द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर सहायक निदेशक डॉ. के.एन. बिजलवाण ने कहा कि कार्यक्रम को प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में लागू किया जाएगा, ताकि अधिकतम संख्या में शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी इसका लाभ उठा सकें।

कार्यक्रम में राज्य के सभी 13 जनपदों के मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी, खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, DIET प्राचार्य, ब्लॉक कोऑर्डिनेटर एवं SCERT के फैकल्टी सदस्य उपस्थित रहे। इस प्रोग्राम मे लभ्या फाउंडेशन, ड्रीम अ ड्रीम एवं ब्लू आर्ब संस्था ने  सहयोग सतत सहयोग किया । 

निष्कर्ष

यह अभिमुखीकरण कार्यक्रम शिक्षकों और अधिकारियों को आनंदम कार्यक्रम की अवधारणा और  क्रियान्वयन के लिए तैयार करने में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हुआ। इस पहल के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड के विद्यालयों में सकारात्मक शिक्षा और नैतिक मूल्यों को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में सार्थक प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

Introduction

The State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Dehradun, in collaboration with the Agastya International Foundation and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Titan Company, inaugurated a series of 3-day Teacher Training Workshops titled ‘Make Your Own Lab’ on March 24, 2025. The objective of this workshop series is to empower and upskill government school science teachers by enabling them to create low-cost, innovative Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) using readily available resources.

The workshops are part of a larger initiative to promote hands-on, experiential learning in science classrooms. By the end of the workshop, each participating teacher will have prepared a science kit containing over 30 TLMs to effectively demonstrate scientific concepts to their students. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance classroom engagement and foster a scientific temperament among students.

Inaugural Session

The inaugural ceremony was held at SCERT Dehradun and Azim Premji Foundation, Dehradun, and was graced by prominent dignitaries:

Mr. Akhilesh Dobhal, the workshop coordinator, extended a warm welcome to the participating teachers and provided an overview of the workshop objectives. He highlighted how the initiative aims to equip teachers with practical skills to create cost-effective science models that make science learning engaging and accessible.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar, in his address, emphasised the need to develop scientific rigour and curiosity among students. He referenced the recent scientific efforts to rescue astronaut Sunita Williams and her team from a stranded space mission, illustrating how perseverance and scientific expertise drive real-world solutions.

Dr. K.N. Bijalwan spoke about the importance of teacher development programmes and encouraged participants to make the best use of the training. He stressed that hands-on experimentation is essential for students to grasp scientific concepts effectively.

Workshop Participants and Duration

CEO Nitin Desai from Agastya International Foundation stated that the workshop series is expected to benefit 400 government school science teachers across Uttarakhand. The first phase, held from March 24-26, 2025, included:

• 80 teachers from Dehradun district

• 80 teachers from the Tehri Garhwal district

These teachers actively participated in the workshop, creating innovative science models and experimenting with low-cost materials to develop practical TLMs.

Training Activities and Highlights

Throughout the 3-day workshop, teachers engaged in hands-on sessions led by expert resource persons from the Agastya International Foundation. The sessions focused on:

• Designing Low-Cost Science Experiments: Teachers learnt how to create effective models using inexpensive and locally available materials.

• Hands-On Demonstrations: Practical demonstrations of scientific concepts using TLMs to illustrate physics, chemistry, and biology principles.

• Collaborative Learning: Teachers collaborated in groups to brainstorm and design creative TLMs, fostering peer learning and innovation.

• Assembling Science Kits: Each participant assembled their own science kit comprising over 30 TLMs, which they can utilise in their respective classrooms.

SCERT प्रशिक्षण 2025-26: फाउंडेशन ऑफ़ आईसीटी इन एजुकेशन और दीक्षा पोर्टल (18 मार्च 2025)

उत्तराखंड एनसीईआरटी के ट्रेनिंग हॉल में 18 मार्च 2025 को SCERT द्वारा आयोजित 'फाउंडेशन ऑफ़ आईसीटी इन एजुकेशन और दीक्षा पोर्टल' प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में राज्यभर के शिक्षक प्रतिभागी बने, जिनका उद्देश्य शिक्षण में आईसीटी (सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योगिकी) और दीक्षा पोर्टल का प्रभावी उपयोग सीखना था।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्घाटन और मुख्य अतिथि: कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन अपर निदेशक प्रदीप कुमार रावत द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में शिक्षकों को तकनीकी सशक्तिकरण की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया और बताया कि दीक्षा पोर्टल जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से शिक्षक डिजिटल कंटेंट का निर्माण और साझा करने में सक्षम हो सकते हैं। इस अवसर पर आईटीडीए के संजीवन सोता, शिल्पी नेगी, आईटी विभाग के रमेश बडोनी और एसपी वर्मा विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र की प्रमुख झलकियां:

1. आईसीटी की भूमिका: शिक्षकों को आईसीटी के शैक्षिक उपयोग, ऑनलाइन संसाधनों, और शिक्षण को अधिक आकर्षक बनाने के तरीकों पर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

2. दीक्षा पोर्टल का परिचय: दीक्षा पोर्टल के उपयोग, लॉगिन प्रक्रिया, कंटेंट अपलोडिंग, ई-बुक्स, वीडियो, और क्विज निर्माण के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।

3. प्रैक्टिकल अभ्यास: प्रतिभागियों ने लैब में हैंड्स-ऑन अभ्यास किया, जिसमें उन्होंने गूगल फॉर्म, क्विज़, ईमेल और गूगल स्लाइड्स का निर्माण कर उसका प्रभावी उपयोग सीखा।

4. साइबर सुरक्षा: साइबर सुरक्षा से जुड़ी आवश्यक जानकारियां दी गईं, जैसे मजबूत पासवर्ड प्रबंधन, डेटा गोपनीयता और ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा के उपाय।

प्रतिभागियों के अनुभव: प्रशिक्षण के अंत में प्रतिभागियों को फीडबैक देने का अवसर मिला। मनोज सिंह ने अपने विचार साझा करते हुए कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण उनके लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी रहा, जिससे वे अपने स्कूल में छात्रों के लिए अधिक प्रभावी डिजिटल कंटेंट तैयार कर सकेंगे। भावना भंडारी ने कहा कि उन्होंने पहली बार दीक्षा पोर्टल का व्यावहारिक उपयोग सीखा, जिससे उनकी तकनीकी दक्षता में वृद्धि हुई।

समापन समारोह में सहायक निदेशक ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए और उन्हें भविष्य में भी डिजिटल तकनीक का उपयोग अपने शिक्षण में शामिल करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। प्रतिभागियों ने इस प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को भविष्य में भी जारी रखने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि इस तरह की तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाएं शिक्षकों को नवीन डिजिटल तकनीकों से अवगत कराते हुए उनकी शिक्षण गुणवत्ता को और अधिक सशक्त बनाएंगी।

यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम उत्तराखंड के शिक्षकों के लिए डिजिटल साक्षरता को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास साबित हुआ।

“चुटकी में विज्ञान” – विज्ञान को सरल बनाती एक अनूठी पुस्तक

विज्ञान को सरल और रोचक तरीके से समझाने वाली पुस्तक “चुटकी में विज्ञान” का भव्य विमोचन उत्तराखंड की मुख्य सचिव  राधा रतूड़ी के कर-कमलों द्वारा किया गया। इस महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर उत्तराखंड के पूर्व पुलिस महानिदेशक अनिल रतूड़ी भी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहे।

इस पुस्तक के लेखक,  कुलदीप गैरोला, जो कि समग्र शिक्षा के अपर परियोजना निदेशक हैं, ने अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि “विज्ञान को केवल करके ही सीखा जा सकता है। हमारा देश युवाओं का देश है, इसलिए वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करना बहुत आवश्यक है।”

इस कार्यक्रम में प्रदेशभर से शिक्षक साथी, प्रशिक्षक, प्रोफेसर और विभिन्न शिक्षा संस्थानों के विद्वान बड़ी संख्या में शामिल हुए। यह आयोजन न केवल प्रत्यक्ष रूप से सफल रहा, बल्कि फेसबुक, जूम और यूट्यूब पर भी हजारों लोगों ने इसे लाइव देखा। इसके अलावा, विभिन्न प्रमुख समाचार पत्रों ने इस खबर को प्रमुखता से प्रकाशित किया।

“चुटकी में विज्ञान” पुस्तक का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों और शिक्षकों को सरल, प्रयोगात्मक और रचनात्मक तरीके से विज्ञान को सीखने और सिखाने में मदद करना है। इसमें रोजमर्रा के जीवन से जुड़े विज्ञान के छोटे-छोटे प्रयोग और गतिविधियाँ दी गई हैं, जो विज्ञान को कक्षा से बाहर भी सहजता से सीखने का अवसर प्रदान करती हैं।

Examining the Impact of Virtual Mode Teaching Over Traditional Classroom Teaching in 500 Schools of Uttarakhand

The IT Department of SCERT Uttarakhand has initiated a comprehensive research study to examine the impact of virtual mode teaching in comparison to traditional classroom teaching across 500 schools in the state. These schools, equipped with cutting-edge virtual classroom technology and two-way communication setups, were established during the 2019-20 academic year.

The Role of Virtual Studios During the Pandemic

When the COVID-19 pandemic led to a nationwide lockdown, these virtual classrooms played a pivotal role in ensuring uninterrupted learning for students. The Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dehradun, emerged as the central hub for live and recorded telecasts, reaching students via TV channels and online platforms. This initiative significantly contributed to maintaining the continuity of education during the pandemic-induced school closures.

Objective of the Research Study

The IT Department of SCERT aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of how virtual teaching has influenced learning outcomes compared to traditional classroom methods. The study will evaluate the effectiveness, challenges, and advantages of both teaching models, providing valuable insights into future educational strategies.

Workshop on Framing Research Areas

To initiate this study, a preliminary workshop was organised by Coordinator S.P. Verma and Faculty R. Badoni. The session focused on identifying key areas for the study, including:

• Learning outcomes and academic performance comparison between virtual and classroom teaching.

• Student engagement and participation in virtual vs. traditional settings.

• Teacher’s experience and adaptability to virtual platforms.

• Technological challenges and solutions during virtual sessions.

• Impact on students’ communication and collaborative skills.

Participation of SCERT and DIET Faculty

The workshop witnessed the participation of SCERT faculty members and DIET representatives from across Uttarakhand. The collaborative brainstorming helped in outlining the research framework and strategies for conducting the study effectively.
