ई-लर्निंग सेंटर - आई टी लैब - : दीक्षा कंटेंट कार्यशाला का समापन समारोह

उत्तराखंड एससीईआरटी के ट्रेनिंग हॉल में आज दीक्षा कंटेंट कार्यशाला के समापन समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस समारोह का नेतृत्व उपनिदेशक एससीईआरटी शैलेश श्रीवास्तव द्वारा किया गया और सभी शिक्षकों को प्रमाण पत्र दिए गए। इस अवसर पर आईटीडीए के संजीवन चंद्र सूंठा, शिल्पी नेगी, आईटी विभाग के रमेश बडोनी और एसपी वर्मा के साथ पुष्पा असवाल भी उपस्थित रहे।

    

                                                                

आज प्रतिभागियों को इस समापन समारोह में अपने फीडबैक साझा करने का अवसर दिया गया। प्रतिभागी शेखर बुटोला ने इस प्रशिक्षण को अपने लिए एक अविस्मरणीय अनुभव बताया। अदिति और नुपुर शर्मा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि इस कार्यशाला ने उन्हें नई चीजें सीखने का अवसर प्रदान किया है, जिससे वे अपने स्कूलों में नव नियुक्त शिक्षक के रूप में छात्रों की अधिक सहायता कर सकते हैं।

गुलशन चौहान और प्रीतम नेगी  ने अपने विचार साझा करते हुए कहा कि वे इस प्रकार की ट्रेनिंग से प्रेरित होकर अपने स्कूलों में नए प्रकार के इंटरएक्टिव कंटेंट तैयार करेंगे, जिससे छात्रों को अधिक लाभ मिलेगा। संजय असवाल, मनोज सिंह, भावना भंडारी और गंगाधर भट्ट ने भी अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए और बताया कि इस ट्रेनिंग से उन्हें बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला।

इस कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों ने साइबर सिक्योरिटी, विभिन्न सिस्टम्स में लॉगिन प्रक्रिया, गूगल टूल्स जैसे गूगल प्रेजेंटेशन, ईमेल, क्विज निर्माण, गूगल फॉर्म्स और कोलैबोरेटिव लर्निंग प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग सीखने का अनुभव प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस प्रशिक्षण से उन्हें लर्निंग मटेरियल को प्रभावी ढंग से साझा करने के नए तरीके मिले।

         

     

समापन समारोह में प्रतिभागियों ने आग्रह किया कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार की हैंड्स-ऑन प्रैक्टिस आधारित ट्रेनिंग आयोजित की जाएं, जिससे वे अपने शिक्षण को और अधिक रोचक, तकनीकी-संपन्न और गुणवत्तापूर्ण बना सकें। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि इस तरह की कार्यशालाओं से शिक्षक अधिक प्रभावी तरीके से शिक्षण सामग्री तैयार कर सकते हैं, जिससे छात्रों को इंटरएक्टिव और आकर्षक शिक्षा प्राप्त हो सके।

यह कार्यशाला उत्तराखंड में डिजिटल शिक्षा और आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धतियों को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हुई। प्रतिभागियों ने इस अवसर पर SCERT और आईटीडीए के संयुक्त प्रयासों की सराहना की और आशा जताई कि भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। 

 

   

प्रतिभागियों ने आईटीडीए और SCERT द्वारा निर्मित ई-लर्निंग सेंटर और आईटी लैब की उपयोगिता की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस लैब में कार्य करने से उन्हें दीक्षा प्लेटफॉर्म पर कंटेंट निर्माण में सहायता मिली। इसके साथ ही, SCERT द्वारा निर्मित MOOC कोर्स को करने में भी उन्हें सहायता प्राप्त हुई।

The Department of Planning & Monitoring, SCERT Uttarakhand has initiated a five-day exposure visit to Lakshadweep Union Territory, aimed at the capacity building of its officers and faculty members. This visit is designed to provide an interactive learning experience, fostering academic collaboration and knowledge exchange between educators of Uttarakhand and Lakshadweep.

निदेशक बन्दना गर्ब्याल ने राज्य स्तरीय एबेकस प्रतियोगिता-2025 के विजेता छात्र और छात्राओं को किया सम्मानित

दिनांक 4 मार्च 2025: राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद उत्तराखंड द्वारा राज्य स्तरीय अबेकस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन SCERT सभागार में किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन उपनिदेशक शैलेश श्रीवास्तव एवं जगदीश सजवाण द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया गया। अपने उद्बोधन में उन्होंने इस कार्यक्रम को बच्चों के लिए अत्यंत लाभदायक बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस गतिविधि के माध्यम से बच्चों का मानसिक गणना कौशल, संख्या समझ, आकलन, धैर्य, एकाग्रता तथा गणित विषय के प्रति रुचि आदि का विकास होता है। प्रतियोगिता में राज्य के समस्त जनपदों के 38 विद्यार्थियों ने प्रतिभाग किया।

कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डा. अवनीश उनियाल द्वारा बताया गया कि अबेकस एक गणितीय टूल है, जिसके माध्यम से बुनियादी गणितीय संक्रियाएँ जैसे जोड़ना, घटाना, गुणा एवं भाग में बच्चे दक्ष हो सकते हैं। वर्ष 2018-19 से राज्य में यह कार्यक्रम "मेकिंग मैथ इंटरेस्टिंग थ्रू अबेकस" के रूप में चलाया जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम से अब तक 4000 से अधिक विद्यालय लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं। कार्यक्रम में बच्चों द्वारा अपनी प्रतिभा का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया गया।

इस प्रतियोगिता में छः विद्यार्थियों को राज्य अबेकस विजेता के रूप में सम्मानित किया गया, जिसमें शामिल हैं:

1. अक्षत गिरी (कक्षा-6) - भगवती मेमोरियल पब्लिक स्कूल, श्रीनगर, पौड़ी

कार्यक्रम के समापन सत्र में निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण बन्दना गर्ब्याल द्वारा अपने उद्बोधन में अबेकस को गणित विषय की बुनियादी स्तर पर मजबूती के लिए महत्वपूर्ण गतिविधि बताया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि अबेकस केवल गणितीय गणनाओं में ही नहीं, बल्कि बच्चों की तार्किक क्षमता, स्मरण शक्ति और मानसिक अनुशासन को भी विकसित करता है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह गतिविधि छात्रों में ध्यान केंद्रित करने की क्षमता, आत्मविश्वास और मानसिक स्फूर्ति को भी बढ़ाती है।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि आज के डिजिटल युग में जहाँ गणना के लिए विभिन्न तकनीकी उपकरण उपलब्ध हैं, वहीं अबेकस का अभ्यास बच्चों को मानसिक रूप से अधिक सक्षम और आत्मनिर्भर बनाता है। यह केवल एक प्रतियोगिता नहीं, बल्कि गणित के प्रति एक नई सोच विकसित करने का प्रयास है।

उन्होंने विजेता छात्रों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि उनकी यह उपलब्धि केवल एक पुरस्कार तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह उनके भविष्य के शिक्षण और बौद्धिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगी। उन्होंने सभी शिक्षकों और प्रशिक्षकों को भी धन्यवाद दिया, जिन्होंने इस प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।

Introduction: Strengthening Mathematics Education

In the evolving landscape of education, teacher professional development has been a key area of focus in multiple reports, platforms, and national policies. Various educational documents, such as the Chattopadhyaya Committee Report, NCF 2005, NCFTE 2009, and the Five-Year Teacher Education Plan (2012-17), have emphasized the need to enhance the quality of mathematics education.

Aligned with the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Para 5.15 highlights the importance of continuous professional development (CPD) for teachers and the creation of subject expert groups to share best practices.

To promote qualitative mathematics education, the State and District Resource Groups have been established. This four-day workshop aimed to equip mathematics teachers with innovative pedagogical techniques, share best practices, and address challenges in teaching mathematics effectively.

Day Kickoff: Learning Log & Script Sharing

The day started with an open session, where participants reflected on their learning logs and shared their text scripts from the previous day. IT Department faculty Ramesh Badoni and resource person Bhaskar Joshi provided feedback on the initial drafts, helping teachers refine their scripting blueprints.

📖 NEP 2020 & E-Content Creation

Ramesh Badoni emphasized the role of NEP 2020 in e-content creation and introduced the 6E Teaching/Lesson Plan Model, guiding teachers in structuring their content effectively.

• He provided exemplars to demonstrate e-content lesson planning.

• ड्यूल बूट सिस्टम सेटअप, क्रोम एक्सटेंशन इंस्टॉलेशन, और हिंदी टाइपिंग तकनीक पर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

आज डाम कोठी, हरिद्वार में केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान  ने उत्तराखंड के शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की। इस बैठक में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 (NEP-2020) के क्रियान्वयन, राज्य की शैक्षिक प्रगति और आगामी योजनाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

शिक्षा नीति 2020 के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर बल

बैठक में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के उत्तराखंड में प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर गहन समीक्षा की गई। केंद्रीय मंत्री शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने राज्य में बाल वाटिका कार्यक्रम के संचालन के संबंध में आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यह भी सुझाव दिया कि कक्षा 1 से 12 तक की पाठ्यपुस्तकों को स्थानीय संदर्भों के साथ तैयार किया जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को अधिक प्रासंगिक और उपयोगी शिक्षा मिल सके।

"हमारी विरासत एवं विभूतियां" पुस्तक की सराहना

शिक्षा मंत्री ने उत्तराखंड द्वारा विकसित "हमारी विरासत एवं विभूतियां" पुस्तक की प्रशंसा की और इसे राज्य की सांस्कृतिक और ऐतिहासिक धरोहर को संरक्षित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल बताया।

राज्य की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को NEP-2020 के अनुरूप बनाने का लक्ष्य

बैठक में शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग के सभी कार्यक्रमों की विस्तार से जानकारी केंद्रीय मंत्री को दी। उन्होंने समग्र शिक्षा के बजट को राज्य के हित में बढ़ाने के लिए भी अनुरोध किया।

धर्मेंद्र प्रधान  ने वर्ष 2026-27 तक राज्य की समस्त पाठ्यपुस्तकों और शिक्षा प्रणाली को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अनुरूप संचालित करने का अनुरोध किया।

ICT-Based Training for School Teachers Begins at E-Learning Centre

In a significant step towards digital empowerment in education, the E-Learning Centre as an IT Lab was inaugurated today. Developed as a joint venture between SCERT Uttarakhand and ITDA Uttarakhand, this initiative falls under the Skill Development Program of the Government of India. The six-day training program focuses on ICT tools and administrative assistive tools for teachers, aiming to integrate technology into classrooms effectively.

Inaugural Session and Key Discussions

The inaugural session was graced by Pradeep Kumar Rawat, Additional Director of SCERT, who addressed the participants with his insightful remarks on technology-enabled classrooms. He reviewed the ongoing ICT MOOCs course for teachers and took feedback from participants. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of teachers becoming ICT-enabled educators and actively incorporating digital tools into their teaching methodologies. He also proposed a Hindi version of the MOOCs course for better understanding among state teachers.

Dr. K. N. Bijalwan, Assistant Director of SCERT, highlighted the significance of launching the first ICT Tech Lab and its role in modernizing education.

Training Sessions and Resource Persons

The event saw active participation from experienced trainers and coordinators:

• R. P. Badoni, ICT MOOCs and Course Coordinator, interacted with participants to discuss course structure and expectations.

• S. P. Verma, DIKSHA SRG Coordinator, conducted the first session on NEP 2020 and DIKSHA Portal, guiding participants through its basic features, login procedures, and available courses.

• Bhaskar Joshi, the resource person, led all subsequent sessions, focusing on e-content creation and planning using a variety of technological tools. His sessions were well received by the participants.

State-of-the-Art Facilities at the E-Learning Centre

Participants experienced the latest technology-equipped lab, which boasts 50 advanced workstations with high-speed internet and interactive smart panels. This setup ensures that teachers get hands-on training on digital tools, fostering a deeper understanding of e-learning methodologies.

Technical Coordination and Support

Technical support for the E-Learning Centre was seamlessly handled by heading Virendra Singh Chauhan, Sanjeevan Soontha, Shilpi and his team from ITDA, ensuring smooth operations and assisting participants with any technical queries.

The initiative marks a major milestone in Uttarakhand’s efforts to enhance digital literacy among educators. With ICT-enabled teachers, the classroom experience is set to evolve, making learning more engaging, accessible, and effective for students across the state. The training program will continue for the next six days, empowering teachers with essential digital skills for 21st-century education.
