First Orientation for State Education Officers and Webinar on History Teaching for D.El.Ed. Student-Teachers Scheduled for 23 September 2024

Under the upcoming leadership of Bandana Garbyal, Director of Academic Research and Training, SCERT Uttarakhand, the first orientation session and an online webinar will be conducted on 23rd September 2024. This event is expected to set the stage for ensuring smooth and efficient execution of various educational initiatives across Uttarakhand in the coming academic year.

The webinar, organized in collaboration with the Sterlite EdIndia Foundation, will focus on the theme History Teaching: Meaning, Importance, and Methods for D.El.Ed. student-teachers. The session will aim to enhance the skills of these future educators, providing them with advanced teaching techniques aligned with the goals of NEP 2020, making history education more interactive and engaging.

The orientation session will be coordinated by Sushil Gairola, faculty at SCERT Uttarakhand, and will address the need to streamline project timelines, ensuring that all upcoming educational tasks are completed within the stipulated period. Director Bandana Garbyal is expected to give clear guidance to state education officers, emphasizing the importance of adhering to deadlines and maintaining accountability in all educational programs.

Additional Directors Ajay Naudiyal and Asha Rani Panyuli will also participate in the session, offering their assurances to the education officers. They will express their commitment to providing continuous support and necessary resources for the success of the state’s educational objectives.

The webinar will serve as a platform for D.El.Ed. student-teachers to explore innovative methods in history teaching. This event will be promoted across Uttarakhand to ensure maximum participation and engagement from schools throughout the state.

Additionally, the orientation will introduce the Veer Gatha 4.0 project, an important initiative under the Gallantry Awards Portal (GAP), launched by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Ministry of Education (MoE). The project, now entering its fourth phase, will aim to inspire students by sharing the brave stories of gallantry award winners and promoting civic consciousness.

Previous editions of the Veer Gatha project have seen tremendous success, with participation numbers increasing from 8 lakh in Veer Gatha 1.0 (2021-22) to 1.37 crore in Veer Gatha 3.0 (2023-24). The launch of Veer Gatha 4.0 will continue to engage students nationwide through interdisciplinary activities such as poems, essays, paintings, and multimedia presentations, all centered around the bravery of India’s gallantry awardees.

This orientation and webinar will lay the groundwork for an exciting and impactful academic year ahead, with SCERT Uttarakhand taking the lead under the guidance of Director Bandana Garbyal to ensure that these initiatives reach every corner of Uttarakhand.

डॉ. अमरेन्द्र बेहरा के निर्देशन में एआई टूल्स का उपयोग कर ई-कंटेंट डेवलपमेंट पर पांच दिवसीय कार्यशाला का सफल समापन

नई दिल्ली, 21 सितंबर 2024 – केंद्रीय शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (CIET), NCERT ने आज NCERT परिसर, नई दिल्ली में "एआई टूल्स का उपयोग कर ई-कंटेंट डेवलपमेंट" पर पांच दिवसीय कार्यशाला का समापन किया। 17-21 सितंबर 2024 तक चली इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य एससीईआरटी, सीटीई, डीआईईटी, आईएएसई और स्कूलों के शिक्षकों को इंटरैक्टिव व आकर्षक ई-कंटेंट विकसित करने के लिए कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (एआई) टूल्स का सशक्त उपयोग सिखाना था।

समापन दिवस पर प्रमाण पत्र वितरण समारोह आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें उत्तराखंड से आए प्रतिनिधियों ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। इस अवसर पर एससीईआरटी के रमेश पी. बडोनी, हरिद्वार बीएचईएल इंटर कॉलेज के प्रदीप नेगी और अल्मोड़ा के भास्कर जोशी जैसे प्रमुख शिक्षक शामिल थे, जिन्होंने गर्व से अपने राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व किया।

कार्यशाला के प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक सीआईईटी-एनसीईआरटी के संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. अमरेंद्र पी. बेहरा और सहायक प्रोफेसर उपासना राय थे। डॉ. कन्नन एस. और डिजिटल मीडिया विशेषज्ञ सुनील प्रभाकर ने कई तकनीकी सत्रों का नेतृत्व किया।

इस कार्यशाला में एआई-संचालित सामग्री निर्माण, डिजिटल उपकरणों का उपयोग, और मशीन लर्निंग जैसे विषयों पर विस्तृत सत्र हुए। प्रतिभागियों को CIET की अत्याधुनिक VR लैब, ELC लैब और ध्वनि एवं वीडियो स्टूडियो का व्यावहारिक अनुभव भी प्रदान किया गया। अंतिम दिन में स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग कर बजट-अनुकूल सामग्री निर्माण और एआई नैतिकता पर गहन चर्चा की गई।

कार्यशाला में प्रतिभागियों ने एआई उपकरणों का उपयोग कर डिजिटल स्क्रिप्ट, क्विज़ और प्रस्तुतियाँ बनाने के साथ-साथ शिक्षण पद्धतियों में एआई का एकीकरण करना सीखा। यह कार्यशाला NEP 2020 के लक्ष्यों के अनुरूप थी, जो शिक्षा में एआई और डिजिटल तकनीकों के समावेश को बढ़ावा देती है।प्रतिभागियों ने इस कार्यशाला से प्राप्त कौशल को अपने संस्थानों में लागू करने के प्रति उत्साह व्यक्त किया, जिससे यह कार्यशाला भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को अधिक समावेशी और भविष्य के लिए तैयार करने में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हुई।

Dr. Manoj Shukla from SCERT Uttarakhand Participating in NCERT Textbook Evaluation Workshop

 

Dr. Manoj Kumar Shukla from SCERT Uttarakhand took part in a significant workshop organized by the Department of Elementary Education, NCERT, New Delhi, from September 17 to 20, 2024. The workshop focused on the Rational Evaluation of newly developed NCERT textbooks for Class 1 and 2 in the subjects of Mathematics, Hindi, and English.

Experts and participants from various institutions, including Jamia Millia University, Delhi University, Lady Shri Ram College, BHU University, IITs, and B.Ed. Colleges, attended the event. They evaluated the textbooks for alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCF-FS) 2023.

Contributions were made by NCERT faculty, retired mathematics experts, research scholars, CBSE faculty, and practicing expert teachers, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.

This collaborative effort marks a significant step in enhancing educational resources for early learners.

Teachers and Officers from Various States Gain Insights at DIDAC India 2024 in Flagship of CIET-NCERT

Today, the AI Tools and Content Development Team from CIET-NCERT, along with teachers and officers from different states, attended the DIDAC India 2024 Exhibition. This visit provided them with valuable insights into the latest educational products and solutions from around the world. Joint Director Dr Amrendra Behra from CIET-NCERT encouraged everyone to adopt modern technology and use digital tools in classrooms across India.

Among the attendees were national award-winning teachers, who explored new trends in education. Prof Kanan, a coordinator from CIET, took care of all the arrangements, including tickets and meals, making the visit smooth and informative for the participants. Ramesh Badoni, Pradeep Negi, and Bhaskar Joshi are representing Uttarakhand.

With over 13 years of success, DIDAC India has become Asia’s largest event for showcasing educational resources and technology-based products for all levels of education and skills training.

 This annual international exhibition and conference addresses the growing need for these products in the Indian subcontinent. 

The event is backed by international partners like Global Victoria (Australia), British Education Suppliers Association (BESA), and Didacta (Germany), as well as the Worlddidac Association and Education Finland.

The afternoon session on 19th September 2024 (Day-3), at the DIDAC event, began after the lunch break at 2:00 PM. The first session, titled LLMs in Action: Supercharge your teaching with language models, was led by Mr. Sunil Prabhakar, a Digital Media Professional. This session ran from 2:00 to 3:15 PM, where participants explored how large language models (LLMs) can enhance teaching practices, making classroom learning more interactive and personalized through AI technology.

Following a short tea break from 3:15 to 3:30 PM, Mr. Sunil Prabhakar resumed the next session titled The Art of the Prompt: Mastering AI communication for educators, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. This session focused on developing effective AI communication skills for educators, particularly how to craft precise prompts for leveraging AI in educational contexts, thereby optimizing the use of AI tools in the classroom.

In the evening session at Qutub Residency Hotel, a warm and engaging get-together was held for all the awardees, officers, and teachers. The event provided a platform for participants to introduce themselves, share their experiences, and celebrate their success stories. It was a vibrant exchange of ideas, where educators discussed their innovative approaches and achievements, fostering a sense of camaraderie and inspiration among the group. The session allowed everyone to connect on a personal level, strengthening bonds and creating a collaborative spirit for future endeavors.

उत्तराखंड के छात्रों ने 11वीं इंस्पायर अवार्ड राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में मारी बाजी, 4 छात्रों का राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चयन

 

नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में आयोजित 11वीं इंस्पायर अवार्ड राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में उत्तराखंड के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए प्रदेश का गौरव बढ़ाया है। इस प्रतियोगिता में पूरे देश से कुल 31 विद्यार्थियों का चयन हुआ, जिनमें से 4 उत्तराखंड के होनहार छात्र भी शामिल हैं। उत्तराखंड से 11 छात्रों ने इस प्रतिष्ठित प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभाग किया था। पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में संपन्न हुआ।

निदेशक अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण उत्तराखंड बंदना गर्ब्याल ने इन चारों प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को बधाई देते हुए राज्य समन्वयक डॉ. अवनीश उनियाल और इंस्पायर टीम के सभी अधिकारियों व स्कूल प्रधानाचार्यों के योगदान की प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने भविष्य के इंस्पायर अवॉर्ड के लिए समय रहते नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के निर्देश भी दिए। अपर निदेशक एस सी ई आर टी , अजय नौडियाल ने इस अवसर पर प्रदेश की इन्सपाइर टीम के योगदान की सराहना करते हुए भविष्य मे दूरस्थ और संसाधन विहीन स्कूलों के लिए प्रयास किए जाने  का संदेश दिया।

Second Round of Online Orientation on Innovation and Design Thinking was held Successfully

The second round of the online orientation on "Innovation and Design Thinking" was inaugurated by Bandana Garbyal, Director of Academic Research and Training, Uttarakhand. She emphasized the importance of involving more school heads and community innovators in the upcoming video series episodes on this topic. She also expressed appreciation for the contributions of the Navam Foundation team.

• Nitin Desai, CEO of Navam Foundation, along with his team members, Alok Dwivedi and Shrawan Kumar, explained the course structure and the planning process for recording the sessions.
  
• Asha Rani Panyuli, Additional Director, SCERT Uttarakhand, commended the course, emphasizing that "necessity leads to innovation and research."

• Shailendra Amoli, District Education Officer, contributed to the discussion by suggesting that the course should provide innovative solutions for educational institutions and faculties by applying design thinking methodologies.

Second Day of Workshop on Digital Education using AI Tools Concludes at CIET-NCERT, New Delhi

New Delhi, 18 September 2024: The second day of the face-to-face workshop on “Digital Education Training using AI Tools for SCERTs/ CTEs/ DIETs and IASEs Faculty” took place today at CIET-NCERT, New Delhi. This interactive event, aimed at equipping faculty members with modern AI tools for digital education, was packed with insightful sessions led by renowned experts.

The day began at 9:30 AM with a session by Ms. Hema Sagar, from Google Group offering engaging insights on emerging digital education trends. Following a brief tea break, the participants delved into Session II at 11:30 AM, focusing on "Exploring Digital Initiatives in India." The session, led by Associate Professor Dr. Rajesh D, from DICT, highlighted cutting-edge digital initiatives shaping the future of education in India. 

Session II - Exploring Digital Initiatives in India was a key highlight of the second day, held from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The session was led by Dr. Rajesh D. from DICT (Department of Information and Communication Technology), with a focus on the groundbreaking digital initiatives spearheaded by CIET-NCERT that are transforming the education landscape in India.

Dr. Rajesh provided a detailed overview of the major digital tools and platforms developed by CIET-NCERT, which are designed to support educators in enhancing their teaching methods and engaging students more effectively. He emphasized the importance of popularizing these initiatives at the grassroots level, especially in remote and under-served regions. Dr Rajesh also highlighted the Prashast App for Divyang kids as developed by Imran Khan in association with CIET-NCERT.

Key highlights of the session included:

1. ePathshala: An innovative digital platform providing open access to educational resources in multiple languages for students and teachers. Dr. Rajesh urged resource persons to make this a cornerstone of digital teaching strategies.

2. DIKSHA Portal: Dr. Rajesh explained how DIKSHA is empowering teachers across India by providing access to teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments. He emphasized the portal’s role in professional development through its teacher training modules.

3. PMeVidya: The importance of utilizing 200  PMeVidya channels as allocated 5 to each state, which offers an array of multimedia educational resources, to enrich educators to contribute to and explore these resources to enrich classroom experiences and learning at the local level environment.

4. Emerging Technologies: Dr. Rajesh also highlighted the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Virtual and Augmented Reality in education. He pointed out how these technologies can be leveraged to create immersive learning experiences, making education more interactive and personalized.

Dr. Rajesh urged all resource persons present to actively promote and train teachers across their respective states on these platforms and technologies. He stressed the importance of digital literacy for educators to successfully integrate these tools into their classrooms and meet the demands of the 21st-century learner. The session underscored the need for a collaborative effort to ensure that the latest advancements in educational technology reach every corner of India, enabling a digital transformation in schools.

The session concluded with a lively discussion on the practical challenges of implementing these digital tools, and strategies were shared on how to overcome them. Dr. Rajesh reiterated the role of SCERTs, CTEs, DIETs, and IASEs in ensuring these initiatives are effectively delivered to the classroom level, thus making digital learning accessible to all students.

After a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, the afternoon session started with Mr. Sunil Prabhakar, a digital media professional, presenting "Demystifying AI & ML: A Beginner’s Guide for Educators." This session simplified the complex concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), offering educators practical tools to integrate them into their teaching strategies.

Post-tea break at 3:30 PM, Mr. Prabhakar returned with another fascinating session, "AI as Your Co-Pilot: Revolutionizing Learning with Generative AI." This presentation demonstrated how educators can utilize generative AI tools to enhance the learning experience, empowering both teachers and students in the digital era.

The workshop, organized by CIET-NCERT, is part of a broader initiative to bolster the digital literacy of educational professionals across India. The goal is to ensure that faculty members of SCERTs, CTEs, DIETs, and IASEs can effectively leverage AI-driven tools to foster a transformative learning environment.

कार्यशाला में उत्तराखंड, झारखंड, मध्यप्रदेश, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, हिमाचल प्रदेश, दिल्ली और चंडीगढ़ से प्रतिभागी शामिल हुए हैं, जिनमें राष्ट्रीय शिक्षक पुरस्कार प्राप्त शिक्षक भी उपस्थित हैं।

उद्घाटन सत्र में प्रमुख, PRD, CIET, NCERT ने अपने वक्तव्य में डिजिटल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में नवाचार और AI टूल्स के उपयोग की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

श्री सुनील प्रभाकर, डिजिटल मीडिया विशेषज्ञ, ने 'डिजिटल सूचना अनुसंधान' पर आधारित सत्र का संचालन किया, जिसमें शिक्षकों को नई तकनीकों का उपयोग कर अपने शिक्षण को और प्रभावी बनाने के उपाय सुझाए गए।इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को AI टूल्स का कुशलता से उपयोग करने में सक्षम बनाना है, ताकि कक्षा में पढ़ाई का स्तर और अधिक प्रभावी हो सके। एप गुरु इमरान खान, राष्ट्रीय आई सी टी पुरस्कार प्राप्त शिक्षक विनीता गर्ग,  चाँदनी अग्रवाल, हरीकृष्णा आर्य, मनोज लकरा,नवीन गुप्ता, मनोज आर्य , नीरू मित्तल आदि कई आई सी टी विशेषज्ञ कार्यशाला मे अपना कार्य और अनुभव साझा किए। इस कार्यशाला समन्वयक डॉ उपासना सी आई ई टी ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रोग्राम का विवरण दिया और मार्गदर्शन किया।

कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य AI टूल्स के माध्यम से शिक्षकों को डिजिटल शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कुशल बनाना है, ताकि वे कक्षा में नवाचार ला सकें और छात्रों के सीखने के अनुभव को बेहतर बना सकें। यह कार्यशाला 21 सितंबर 2024 तक चलेगी, जिसमें विभिन्न तकनीकी विशेषज्ञ अपने अनुभव साझा करेंगे और प्रतिभागियों को प्रशिक्षित करेंगे।

इंस्पायर अवार्ड राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता: उत्तराखंड के 11 छात्र-छात्राएं प्रतिभाग कर रहे

नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में 17 से 19 सितंबर तक आयोजित की जा रही इंस्पायर अवार्ड राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता (एनएलईपीसी) में उत्तराखंड के 11 छात्र-छात्राएं भाग ले रहे हैं। इस प्रतिष्ठित प्रतियोगिता में उत्तराखंड के होनहार छात्र अपनी रचनात्मक और वैज्ञानिक परियोजनाओं का प्रदर्शन करेंगे।

इन छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ तीन शिक्षक और शिक्षिकाएं भी प्रतियोगिता में शामिल हो रहे हैं। टीम का नेतृत्व इंस्पायर अवार्ड के राज्य समन्वयक डॉ. अवनीश उनियाल कर रहे हैं, जो प्रतिभागियों का मार्गदर्शन करेंगे।

प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में विज्ञान और नवाचार के प्रति रुचि को बढ़ावा देना है, जिससे वे अपने नए-नए विचारों को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रस्तुत कर सकें।

उम्मीद है कि उत्तराखंड के प्रतिभागी इस मंच पर अपने राज्य का नाम रोशन करेंगे।

कोर्स वीडियो श्रृंखला: भाग एक - नवाचार और डिज़ाइन थिंकिंग - इंस्पायर अवार्ड मानक ओरिएंटेशन (Course Video Series: Part one- Innovation and Design Thinking-Inspire award Manak Orientation)

एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड ने नवम फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से एक अभिनव पाठ्यक्रम वीडियो श्रृंखला की शुरुआत की है, जिसमें पहला भाग इनोवेशन और डिज़ाइन थिंकिंग पर केंद्रित है, जो इंस्पायर अवार्ड मानक ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत आता है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य छात्रों में रचनात्मकता और आलोचनात्मक सोच को बढ़ावा देना है, ताकि वे वास्तविक दुनिया की समस्याओं के लिए नवीन समाधान विकसित कर सकें। इस श्रृंखलाबद्ध वीडियो कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से, छात्रों को डिज़ाइन थिंकिंग की अवधारणाओं से परिचित कराया जाता है, जिससे वे नवाचार की प्रक्रिया को समझकर इसे विचार-प्रक्रिया से क्रियान्वयन तक लागू करना सीखते हैं। यह संयुक्त प्रयास उत्तराखंड के स्कूलों में नवाचार की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

डायरेक्टर ऑफ एकेडमिक रिसर्च एंड ट्रेनिंग, बंदना गर्ब्याल और अतिरिक्त निदेशक एससीईआरटी, आशा रानी पैन्यूली ने उत्तराखंड में इस पहल का स्वागत किया। उन्होंने सभी स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्यों , ब्लॉक शिक्षा अधिकारियों और मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारियों से इस वीडियो पाठ्यक्रम श्रृंखला को सक्रिय रूप से बढ़ावा देने की अपील की है। उन्होंने शैक्षिक नेताओं से आग्रह किया कि वे इंस्पायर अवार्ड मानक प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों और शिक्षकों के साथ इस पाठ्यक्रम का लिंक साझा करें। यह कदम प्रतिभागियों की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देगा और छात्रों को प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल से सुसज्जित करेगा। इन्सपाइर अवॉर्ड मानक के राज्य समन्वयक अवनीश उनियाल द्वारा यह विडिओ सीरीज कार्यक्रम  सभी विद्यालयों तक शेयर करने की निदेशक द्वारा अपेक्षा की गई है । 

SCERT Uttarakhand, in collaboration with NAVAM Foundation, has launched an innovative course video series, with the first part focusing on Innovation and Design Thinking under the Inspire Award MANAK Orientation program. This initiative aims to foster creativity and critical thinking among students, empowering them to develop innovative solutions for real-world problems. Through a series of structured videos, the program introduces young minds to design thinking concepts, helping them understand and apply the innovation process, from ideation to implementation. This joint effort marks a significant step in promoting a culture of innovation in schools across Uttarakhand. Director of Academic Research and Training, Bandana Garbyal, along with Additional Director SCERT, Asha Rani Panyuli, welcomed the launch of this initiative in Uttarakhand. They have appealed to all school principals, Block Education Officers, and Chief Education Officers to promote this video course series actively. They encouraged the educational leaders to share the course link with students and teachers participating in the upcoming Inspire Award MANAK competition. This step is expected to enhance participation and equip students with the necessary skills to excel in the competition. The Director has expected the state coordinator of the Inspire Award MANAK, Dr Avnish Uniyal, to share this video series program with all schools.

हिंदी दिवस पर उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा भौतिकी प्रवक्ता प्रदीप बहुगुणा को हिंदी सेवा में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया

हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी  द्वारा भौतिकी प्रवक्ता प्रदीप बहुगुणा को हिंदी भाषा के प्रचार-प्रसार और सेवा में उनके असाधारण योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया। बहुगुणा की हिंदी को मातृभाषा के रूप में उन्नत करने की प्रतिबद्धता के लिए उन्हें यहयह सम्मान प्रदान किया गया, जो उनके वर्षों के अथक प्रयासों का प्रमाण है। अपने सरल स्वभाव के धनी प्रदीप की स्वीकृति ,  हिंदी को  बौद्धिक साधना के लिए एक उपहार के रूप में महत्त्वपूर्ण साधना के रूप मे बढ़ाया है । वे  दूसरों को भी इस भाषा को संरक्षित और संवर्धित करने का आह्वान करते हैं  यह सम्मान उनके शैक्षिक क्षेत्र में हिंदी के समृद्धिकरण में उनके अद्वितीय योगदान को मान्यता प्रदान करता है।इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने प्रदीप की जमकर तारीफ की और बधाइयाँ देकर प्रदेश के लिए समर्पित शिक्षक और लेखक बताया। 

हिन्दी हमारी पहचान, हमारी धरोहर : एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड द्वारा हिन्दी दिवस का ऑनलाइन आयोजन

एससीईआरटी उत्तराखंड ने हिन्दी दिवस का ऑनलाइन आयोजन बड़े ही उत्साह और सम्मान के साथ मनाया। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश के शिक्षा जगत से जुड़े प्रमुख अधिकारी, संकाय सदस्य और प्रवक्ता उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन सुनील भट्ट ने अपनी प्रभावशाली शैली में किया, जिसने पूरे कार्यक्रम को रोचक बनाए रखा।

निदेशक बंदना गर्ब्याल:

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत निदेशक, अकादमिक, शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण, बंदना गर्ब्याल ने की। उन्होंने हिन्दी भाषा के महत्व पर अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि हिन्दी हमारी संस्कृति और सभ्यता की मूल धारा है। उन्होंने नारी के विभिन्न रूपों पर आधारित एक प्रेरणादायक कविता सुनाई, जिसने महिलाओं के योगदान और उनके सम्मान पर सभी को सोचने पर मजबूर किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हिन्दी भाषा को हमें अपने जीवन में और अधिक अपनाने की जरूरत है, ताकि यह और भी सशक्त बन सके।

अपर निदेशक आशा रानी पैन्यूली:

अपर निदेशक एस सी ई आर टी, आशा रानी पैन्यूली ने हिन्दी भाषा के एक-एक वर्ण के महत्व पर गहन विचार व्यक्त किए। उन्होंने बताया कि हिन्दी केवल एक भाषा नहीं, बल्कि यह हमारी पहचान और सांस्कृतिक धरोहर का हिस्सा है। उन्होंने हिन्दी भाषा की संरचना और इसके व्याकरण की जटिलताओं को सरल तरीके से प्रस्तुत किया, जिससे श्रोताओं को भाषा के प्रति और भी गहरी समझ विकसित करने में मदद मिली।

संयुक्त निदेशक कंचन देवराड़ी:

संयुक्त निदेशक कंचन देवराड़ी ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से विचार रखने के महत्व पर बात की। उन्होंने हिन्दी भाषा को एक छात्र की तरह सीखने और उसे समझने की आवश्यकता बताई। उनका कहना था कि हमें इस भाषा को सीखते रहना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह हमारी सांस्कृतिक पहचान का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने जय शंकर प्रसाद की 'कामायनी' से कविता का वाचन किया, जो बेहद प्रेरणादायक था।

सहायक निदेशक डॉ. के एन बिजलवाण:

डॉ. के एन बिजलवाण ने अपनी हास्य कविता से कार्यक्रम में एक विशेष रंगत जोड़ दी। उनकी कविता एक शिक्षक की पदोन्नति के लिए किए जाने वाले संघर्ष पर आधारित थी, जिसे सुनकर सभी हंसी और गंभीरता के बीच झूलते रहे। उनकी रचना ने शिक्षकों की व्यावहारिक समस्याओं को हल्के-फुल्के अंदाज में पेश किया, जिससे सभी श्रोताओं का मन मोह लिया।

सहायक निदेशक किरण बहुखंडी:

सहायक निदेशक बहुखंडी ने हिन्दी भाषा के औपचारिक और विधिक उपयोग पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। उन्होंने बताया कि चिकित्सा, न्यायालय और कानून जैसे क्षेत्रों में हिन्दी भाषा का सही और सटीक उपयोग आवश्यक है, ताकि बड़े-बड़े विवादों को सुलझाया जा सके। उनका कहना था कि भाषा का सही ढंग से उपयोग ना करने से गलतफहमियां और समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं, इसलिए हमें सतर्क रहना होगा।

प्रवक्ता सुधा पैन्यूली ने हिन्दी भाषा के महत्व और उसकी वर्तमान स्थिति पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए। उन्होंने हिन्दी के व्यापक उपयोग और इसे एक सशक्त भाषा के रूप में स्थापित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उनका कहना था कि हिन्दी को न केवल शिक्षा, बल्कि व्यवसाय और विज्ञान के क्षेत्रों में भी प्रमुखता मिलनी चाहिए।

प्रवक्ता डॉ. राकेश गैरोला ने अपने विचार प्रस्तुत करते हुए कहा कि जब हिन्दी सबकी भाषा बन जाएगी, तभी इसका वास्तविक महत्व समझा जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हिन्दी की लिपि विदेशी भाषाओं से सरल और अलग है, जिसने इसे राजभाषा का गौरव दिलाया। उनका कहना था कि हमें हिन्दी को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर और अधिक प्रसारित करने की आवश्यकता है।

डाइट,प्रवक्ता डॉ. संदीप कुमार जोशी ने हिन्दी को हमारी आत्मा की भाषा कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि विदेशियों ने हमें बांटकर अलग किया, लेकिन हिन्दी ने हमें फिर से जोड़ने का काम किया। उन्होंने कई प्रसिद्ध कवियों की पंक्तियों को उद्धृत करते हुए कहा कि क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं को भी हिन्दी से समृद्धि मिली है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने 'परिवर्तन' नामक कविता भी प्रस्तुत की, जिसने सबका मन मोह लिया।

डॉ. उषा कटियार ने संत कबीर का एक भजन संगीत के साथ प्रस्तुत किया। उनकी प्रस्तुति ने हिन्दी भाषा की गहराई और आध्यात्मिकता को उभारा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हिन्दी साहित्य में संगीत का विशेष स्थान है और इसे समझने के लिए भाषा के साथ-साथ उसकी ध्वनि और लय को भी महसूस करना जरूरी है।

प्रवक्ता डॉ. अवनीश ने हिन्दी भाषा की तुलना अन्य भाषाओं से करते हुए इसे 'हिन्दी के कारखाने' की तरह बताया, जहां विचारों को निखारा जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि हिन्दी में इतनी क्षमता है कि यह किसी भी भाषा के साथ संवाद स्थापित कर सकती है। उन्होंने अपनी बात को एक मुक्तक के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किया, जिसने सभी को प्रेरित किया।

डाइट प्रवक्ता डॉ. मनोज कुमार पांडे ने सुमित्रानंदन पंत की कविता सुनाई, जिसने कार्यक्रम को साहित्यिक ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हिन्दी साहित्य की गहराई को समझने के लिए हमें इसे अपने जीवन का हिस्सा बनाना होगा।

डाइट बागेश्वर प्रवक्ता के एस रावत ने अपने समुदाय के साथ भाषा के कार्य को साझा किया। उन्होंने पर्यायवाची शब्दों से भरी एक सुंदर कविता प्रस्तुत की, जिसने श्रोताओं को हिन्दी भाषा की समृद्धि और उसकी गहराई का एहसास कराया।

अंत में, अपर निदेशक आशा रानी पैन्यूली ने सोहन लाल द्विवेदी की प्रसिद्ध कविता 'कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती' का पाठ किया, जिसने सभी श्रोताओं को जोश और प्रेरणा से भर दिया। उनका कहना था कि हिन्दी भाषा के प्रति हमारे समर्पण और प्रयासों से ही इसे और सशक्त बनाया जा सकता है।

मीटिंग के अंतिम संदेश में निदेशक, बंदना गर्ब्याल ने हिन्दी दिवस के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए, आने वाले समय में हिन्दी पखवाड़ा मनाने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में योग्यता और सरलता के साथ कार्य करने की महत्ता पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की आवश्यकता बताई।

इस प्रकार, हिन्दी दिवस का यह आयोजन हिन्दी भाषा की महिमा और उसकी महत्ता को और भी उजागर करने में सफल रहा। सभी सहभागियों ने हिन्दी के प्रति अपनी निष्ठा और प्रेम प्रकट किया, जिससे यह कार्यक्रम एक स्मरणीय अनुभव बन गया।
