School Education Department and SCERT Uttarakhand Team Participated in iGOT Karmayogi Workshop at Nainital

 The School Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand, along with the SCERT Uttarakhand team, actively represented the state in a two-day workshop on “iGOT Karmayogi MDO Dashboard and Content Portal” organized at the Dr. R.S. Tolia Uttarakhand Academy of Administration (ATI), Nainital on 28–29 May 2026. The workshop was conducted under the Mission Karmayogi initiative of the Government of India to strengthen digital governance, competency-based learning, and continuous professional development of government officials.

The workshop focused on enhancing the operational understanding of the iGOT Karmayogi platform, including onboarding of departmental users, MDO dashboard management, digital course creation, competency mapping, assessment design, metadata tagging, and content uploading processes. Participants also received hands-on training sessions related to the MDO portal and digital learning ecosystem.

Representing the School Education Department and SCERT Uttarakhand in the workshop were:

  • Assessment and quiz creation
  • Content quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Metadata tagging and categorization for e-learning content

This initiative is expected to further strengthen the capacity of Uttarakhand’s education officials in managing digital learning platforms, online training ecosystems, and future-ready governance models for the education sector.
