जिला शिक्षा प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के शिक्षक प्रशिक्षकों का इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न

5 दिवसीय इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम शुक्रवार को देहरादून में सम्पन्न 

प्रदेश के जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के नव पदस्थापित शिक्षक प्रशिक्षकों का 5 दिवसीय इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम शुक्रवार को देहरादून में सम्पन्न हो गया है। इस कार्यक्रम में डायट्स के 43 प्रशिक्षकों ने प्रतिभाग किया। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में अलग-अलग विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020, वार्षिक कार्ययोजना एवं बजट तथा इसका निर्माण, शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता के सन्दर्भ में समय प्रबन्धन, शिक्षक शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्यरत संस्थाओं का परिचय, डायट्स एवं एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. की संरचना एवं कार्यदायित्व, गुणवत्ता शिक्षा हेतु राज्य में संचालित नवाचारी कार्यक्रम, कार्यस्थल के नीति-नियम, विद्यालय अनुश्रवण एवं अनुसमर्थन, शोध एवं क्रियात्मक शोध, राष्ट् एवं राज्य स्तरीय शैक्षिक सर्वेक्षण, शैक्षिक नेतृत्व तथा शिक्षकों की कार्यक्षमता को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक, शिक्षा में आई.सी.टी. का प्रयोग तथा डाटा प्रबंधन, कार्यालय प्रबंधन एवं अभिलेखीकरण, सेवारत शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण एवं शिक्षक प्रशिक्षकों की तैयारी (फीडबैक, मूल्यांकन एवं फॉलोअप) आदि विषयों पर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। इन विषयों पर रिसोर्स पर्सन के रूप में बाह्य संस्थाओं के डॉ. अशोक कुमार गुसाईं, डॉ. प्रेम सिंह, श्री चेतन प्रसाद नौटियाल, डॉ विनोद ध्यानी सहित एस.सी.ई.आऱ.टी. के श्रीमती कंचन देवराड़ी, डॉ. अजय चौरसिया, डॉ. हरेन्द्र अधिकारी, रंजन भट्ट, डॉ. के.एन. बिजल्वाण, सुनील भट्ट, डॉ. दिनेश रतूड़ी, डॉ. दीपक प्रताप, रमेश बडोनी, डॉ. रमेश पन्त आदि ने योगदान दिया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान डॉ अनुज्ञा पैन्यूली ने गाइडेन्स एवं कॉनसिलिंग पर अपना व्याख्यान दिया। 

 इस 5 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण के पश्चात प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. द्वारा प्रशिक्षण विषयों पर आबंटित शीर्षकों पर प्रोजेक्ट दिये गये। सभी प्रतिभागी 2 महीने की अवधि के भीतर अपने जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के लिए एक कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा भी तैयार करेंगे। इनकी शेयरिंग वे अपने डायट्स के संकाय सदस्यों के साथ करेंगे तथा इसकी एक प्रति एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. को भी प्रेषित करेंगे। एस.सी.ई.आऱ.टी. में एक समिति इनका मूल्यांकन करेगी। प्रतिभागियों के द्वारा प्रशिक्षण में गतिविधियों के माध्यम से विषयों पर समझ विकसित की तथा समूहों में प्रस्तुतीकरण भी किया।

इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम के समापन के अवसर पर अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण श्रीमती बन्दना गर्ब्याल कहा कि सभी प्रतिभागी प्रशिक्षण का लाभ अपने डायट्स के लिए अवश्य प्रदान करें। उन्होंने कहा कि यह इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम डायट्स के प्रशिक्षण एवं शोध कार्यक्रमों को नयी दिशा प्रदान करेगा। उन्होंने प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को विद्यालयों में अनुश्रवण के साथ अनुसमर्थन के द्वारा शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने को कहा। उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण के सफल संचालन के लिए एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. की फैकल्टी को बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। अपर निदेशक एस.सी.ई.आर.टी. श्री अजय कुमार नौड़ियाल ने प्रतिभागियों को प्रशिक्षण में दिये गये निर्देशों के अनुसार अपने कार्यदायित्व गम्भीरतापूर्वक निर्वहन करने के लिए कहा। संयुक्त निदेशक श्रीमती कंचन देवराड़ी ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षणार्थी अपने डायट्स में गुणवत्ता वृद्धि के लिए कार्ययोजना तैयार करेंगे। सहायक निदेशक डॉ. के.एन. बिजल्वाण ने कहा कि यह इण्डक्शन कार्यक्रम विद्यालयों में शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता में सहायक होगा। कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ. राकेश चन्द्र गैरोला ने प्रशिक्षण के अन्त में सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रोजेक्ट शीर्षकों का आबंटन किया तथा इन्हें पूर्ण करने के लिए दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किये। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में डॉ. रमेश पन्त, डॉ. रंजन कुमार भट्ट, डॉ. अजय कुमार चौरसिया, शुभ्रा सिंघल, कमलेश खण्डूरी आदि ने सहयोग किया।

QR Code Workshop at SIEMAT Organized by SCERT Uttarakhand Concludes

The QR Code workshop held at the State Institute of Education Management and Training (SIEMAT) under the auspices of SCERT Uttarakhand came to a successful close today after an enriching five-day session.


Director Bandana Garbyal, Director of Academic Research and Training, set the tone for the workshop's inauguration by imparting her blessings and encouraging words. She emphasized the importance of embracing technology to enhance education and urged participants to strive for excellence in their endeavors. Garbyal's inspirational message resonated with attendees, fostering a spirit of enthusiasm and dedication as they embarked on the journey to incorporate technology into education for the betterment of students' learning experiences.

The primary objective of the workshop was to integrate QR codes into the DIKSHA portal, specifically linking them with the Energies book, aligning with the NCERT-CIET's initiative for their textbooks. With Uttarakhand actively involved in creating e-content for platforms like DIKSHA and PMeVidya, the need to upgrade textbooks to incorporate QR codes became paramount, aiming to enhance learning experiences for children, making them more interactive and engaging.

At the valedictory session, the Additional Director of SCERT Ajay Nauriyal addressed participants, including technical experts, educators from DIETs, and schools. He commended the efforts made during the workshop and offered his support for the ongoing initiatives in this direction.

Lata Arya, a faculty member from DIET Champawat, summarized the proceedings of the five-day workshop, highlighting key learnings and insights gained, alongside faculty from NCERT and esteemed professors from Petroleum University, Dehradun, including Prof. Dr. Kaushik Ghosh and Assistant Prof. Sugandha Sharma.

Dr. Kajal, the online training and resource person, provided orientation to educators on aligning QR codes in textbooks, while Program Coordinator S.P. Verma outlined the achieved targets during the duration of the workshop, with support from IT faculty and officials from the IT Department of SCERT.

Faculty members Pushpa Aswal and Sudhir Nautiyal played crucial roles in mentoring and assisting participants throughout the sessions, ensuring seamless integration of QR codes with the textbooks on DIKSHA.

The workshop concluded on a promising note, paving the way for enhanced digital learning experiences for students across Uttarakhand.

·        Enhance overall educational experience for government school students in Uttarakhand.

·        Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship from an early age.


Discussion Highlights:

Mr. Nitin Desai presented the journey of Agastya International Foundation, emphasizing their mission to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and instill confidence among economically disadvantaged children and teachers in India.

Director Bandana Garbyal led the meeting and requested Mr. Desai to share information about TV series episodes on design thinking, science innovation labs, and teacher training programs.

Additional Director Ajay Nauriyal inquired about the reach of the programs and their potential implementation in Uttarakhand government schools.

M M Joshi suggested faculty development programs at the Agastya campus and discussed plans to implement programs in government schools.

Mr. Desai highlighted that most programs are of zero budget and are funded and backed by the organization. He emphasized the importance of innovative and creative development in school kids as outlined in NEP 2020.

Mr. Desai shared success stories of Agastya Foundation, showcasing their mission slogan "Aah, Aha, Ha-Ha."

Officials agreed on innovative practices and support facilitated by Navam and Agastya Foundation in underprivileged Indian schools. The state is positively considering to initiate  Innovation and Design thinking television series which will foster 21st-century skills among the learner and teacher.


  • Mr. Desai offered various programs like the Welearn mobile app and a 24-episode TV series on design thinking.
  • He also shared the piloting work of design thinking in a school in Tehri Garhwal, where students are performing exceptionally well.
  • CEO from Navam - Agastya Foundation wrapped up the discussion, noting that initiatives from Navam Foundation could be considered, and they would share their work happening in other 24 states.
  • Director ART and IT faculty Badoni mentioned their meeting at an AI conference organized by Agastya International Foundation in January 2024.


Action Items:

·        Mr. Desai to share TV series episodes on design thinking and other relevant materials with attendees.

·        Explore the implementation of Agastya Foundation programs in Uttarakhand government schools.

·        Further discussions on faculty development programs and implementation plans.

·        Consider initiatives from Navam Foundation for collaboration. 

Mr. Desai, visited to the Education Department's virtual and recording studio setup along with R P Badoni. The exploration of such advanced technological setups signifies a commitment to innovation and modernization in educational practices. It may also hint at potential partnerships between Navam Foundation and the Education Department to leverage these resources for the benefit of students and educators alike. This visit opens avenues for further discussions and collaborations aimed at enriching the educational landscape through technology-enabled solutions.
