Launched: Road Safety Video Series by SCERT Uttarakhand
The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Uttarakhand has launched a special video series on Road Safety Awareness by Dr Dhan Singh Rawat Minister of Education Uttarakhand along with Director Academic, Bandana Garbyal, Director Secondary, Dr Mukul Sati and Director Elementory Ajay Naudiyal for students, teachers, and the wider community.
This initiative aims to:
- Educate young learners and families about essential road safety rules
- Promote responsible behavior among pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers
- Build a culture of safety and awareness across schools and communities
Program coordinator Vinay Thapliyal and supporting team detailed that the video series is now open for all schools in Uttarakhand to view, share, and integrate into their learning activities. By watching and discussing these videos, schools can help spread vital knowledge that protects lives and strengthens community responsibility.
